Hello!
Today, with the rapid development of the information age, school education, as an elite of the society, has also been greatly impacted by this trend and set off a wave of educational modernization. Therefore, the higher authorities have stepped up publicity and supervision, and the school has also actively cooperated and invested a lot of manpower and material resources. For example, in the audio-visual education center alone, a lot of money has been spent on purchasing all kinds of modern educational software and hardware equipment. Needless to say, the software and hardware investment in the computer room, such as the establishment of an electronic lesson preparation room, a student computer room, and a multimedia network classroom, has also added a DDN line to prepare the teachers and students of the whole school for surfing the Internet and enjoying Internet resources.
However, as an important position to spread new technology, cultivate teachers and students' ability to collect and use information, and provide all-round services for various management and teaching in schools, although there are modern software and hardware equipment and a certain number of full-time personnel, it is at the expense of huge capital investment, and this huge human and material resources are almost idle and wasted for one reason or another. For example, the electronic lesson preparation room was originally set up to facilitate teachers to make courseware and master modern educational means. However, because most visiting teachers don't know the basic operation skills of WIN98 and the machine, there are often software and hardware problems caused by misoperation in the use process, and the machine maintenance work in the preparation room can't keep up, which often leads to paralysis. Moreover, 80% of teachers have not really realized the importance and urgency of learning microcomputer operation skills and using computers to serve their own teaching. And those 20% teachers who have this awareness are discouraged from preparing lessons because they can't get the guidance and training of basic skills. Another example is the increasingly important problem of using computers in information technology classes. The original 40 minutes of computer time per class per week can no longer meet the needs of students' hands-on experience. Moreover, there are only 38 machines in the student computer room, with more than 60 students in each class. Plus, the maintenance of the computer room can't keep up, so even 50 machines can't be guaranteed. In a word, the information technology course can not be carried out smoothly because of less class hours, less machines and inadequate machine maintenance.
There are many teachers and students in our school, and the management and teaching tasks are heavy. For example, some audio-visual teachers can develop corresponding management application software to assist management, such as student status file management, grade management, library book lending management and so on. However, although there are full-time professionals in our school, we have not developed a project by ourselves so far.
Why can't teachers get the guidance and training of basic operation skills? Why are the lesson preparation room and student computer room not regularly maintained? Why doesn't anyone develop application management software? What are the staff of the microcomputer group busy with all day? They should be fully responsible for these things, but why didn't they do anything well?
Are they busy? I am really busy. They should be responsible for all the work involving microcomputers. This is also the reason for their long-term "dereliction of duty". Because the microcomputer group has a large passenger flow, its tasks are complicated and heavy, such as school leaders, school directors, teachers of various departments, and even some staff members have to deal with the microcomputer room, such as printing test papers, timetables, seating schedules, timetables, transcripts, exam marking, score statistics, etc. Most of them are occupied by these trivial things, and they can't concentrate on their jobs at all. These jobs can be done by a skilled and competent full-time typist. The three major problems listed above are the responsibilities of full-time microcomputer team members.
Obviously, the crux of all the problems lies in that the leaders, directors, teachers, staff and even the staff themselves have never made clear the responsibilities of the public and staff of the microcomputer group.
At the school meeting of165438+1October 14, the headmaster also emphasized the unclear division of labor accused by audio-visual education institutions. Whether this problem is solved well or not plays a decisive role in solving many problems of microcomputer group.
According to the observation and summary of working in microcomputer group for one year, the following suggestions are put forward:
First, set up a special typist to take over the text printing work to avoid the mistake of using professionals as typists.
Second, do a good job in training new technologies.
In order to meet the coming campus network and satisfy the enthusiasm of teaching staff to learn new technologies, teachers should be trained in basic operation skills such as win98, popular text editing software, courseware making software and simple maintenance of microcomputer in stages.
1. Content: The experienced staff and teachers of the microcomputer group will sort out the current basic operation skills and maintenance experience (self-made training materials) or consult relevant materials.
2. Time: Post the training content and training time. Teachers (including leaders at all levels) can freely choose the participation time according to their own situation.
3. Standard: anyone can use or equip a computer independently only after the operation assessment of the microcomputer group. Encourage teachers with high skills and good performance.
4. Teachers: The existing audio-visual education staff, microcomputer team members, many enthusiasts among teachers and computer owners have their own experience, and they can also be hired to participate.
5. Reward and punishment measures:
Three, clear the responsibilities of microcomputer group personnel
According to the division of labor of the existing staff, of course, on the basis of doing their own jobs well, they can also help with other jobs part-time. The specific work of each work is arranged and implemented by the division of labor. Of course, this work requires a pragmatic and capable person to be responsible for the supervision and organization of the microcomputer group.
1. Promotion of new technology (understand the spirit of relevant documents of higher education departments such as the Ministry of Education, be familiar with the promotion and development of information technology at home and abroad, convey new information and ideas to leaders, teachers and students in time, and promote new technologies).
Development planning (the development of software and hardware and equipment to keep up with the demand and the trend of the times)
Teacher training (according to the current situation of teachers and students in our school and the specific needs and requirements, it will be held in due course)
Software development (aiming at the difficulties and key points of examination management in our school, develop corresponding software)
2. Computer management and maintenance
Make statistics and records on all computer systems and ancillary facilities in the school, select custody teachers from various departments as needed, conduct training and go through the formalities of borrowing and returning.
All machine users, including the students' computer room, should make a good computer record and consciously abide by the computer rules (leaders, teachers and students are treated equally) as maintenance certificates for maintenance personnel. According to the actual situation, overhaul the machine regularly to ensure that the situation of the microcomputer in the whole school is handled in time so as not to affect the normal use.
3. Information technology teaching
4. To be responsible for the information technology courses of senior one students in the whole school, study the new features of new textbooks, draw lessons from them, learn and adopt new methods suitable for information technology teaching, and strive to teach children the most technologies for searching, processing and disseminating information in the shortest time, so as to lay a good foundation for their survival skills for further study or entering the society.
Fourth, encourage employees or teachers to strengthen the exchange of information and experience and the spirit of mutual learning and cooperation. Encourage everyone to go out and "learn from others and use them for me".
These are my suggestions for the headmaster's reference. I would also like to thank the school and teachers for their training and education. The sound of studying at school, every grass and tree, will remain in my memory forever!

Pay tribute to Lan Bing Pan Hu.
