Carbon dioxide laser therapeutic instrument
Carbon dioxide laser therapeutic instrument or light moxibustion instrument for short. Carbon dioxide laser is a laser beam generated by the electrical excitation of carbon dioxide gas molecules, and its wavelength is 10.6 micron, which belongs to mid-infrared light.

At present, most of the carbon dioxide laser treatments used in China are 20 ~ 30W carbon dioxide laser beam astigmatism, and the output form is continuous emission or pulse emission, so that it can irradiate the patient's acupoints through small holes in the cotton board, and the divergence angle is 1 ~ 10MW radian angle. In order to achieve different therapeutic effects, in recent years, many doctors also use defocusing or focusing mirrors to control their power density. As moxibustion, carbon dioxide laser with power density of 100 ~ 200 MW/cm is generally used. CO2 laser therapeutic instrument adopts sealed CO2 laser and outputs invisible infrared laser, which has the characteristics of thin beam and high energy density.

The laser output by the CO2 laser therapeutic instrument is transmitted through the light guide joint arm, and is equipped with various cutter heads, which is suitable for various purposes.

When the carbon dioxide laser beam is output through the focusing lens, the high temperature generated by the focusing point can vaporize the target tissue, which can be used for cutting and cauterization.

Carbon dioxide laser (direct) output, without focusing lens, low energy density, can be used for coagulation surgery of target tissue.

Carbon dioxide laser therapeutic instrument, such as laser beam, is output by beam expander, and the laser beam is diffused and amplified for irradiation physiotherapy. 1. computer preset laser output power; Power can be preset;

2. Computer-controlled output mode: continuous, single, repeated pulse and super pulse can be selected to meet different surgical requirements;

3. Red indicates that the laser has three working modes: pulsed, continuous and aiming with or without operation, which makes the operating field of vision clearer;

4. Automatic safety detection and digital display of nine fault states ensure safety and facilitate remote maintenance;

5. It has the function of blowing air to protect the output lens from pollution and cool the target tissue;

6.7 joint light guide arm, flexible operation. 1. First, open the water circulation system and check whether the water flow is smooth. If there is any fault in the water circulation system, it shall not be turned on.

2. The patient takes an appropriate posture and exposes the area or part of the treatment point.

3. After checking whether the button is in the zero position, turn on the power supply, turn on the low-voltage and high-voltage switches in turn, and adjust the optimal working current of the laser.

4. According to the treatment needs, slowly adjust the laser. If it is laser moxibustion, use defocusing lens and adjust the power density to 100 ~ 200 MW/cm. The thicker stratum corneum can be slightly higher, but it should not exceed 250 MW /cm. Irradiation distance 150 ~ 200 cm, it is advisable to feel warm locally, and do not overheat. Each treatment 10 ~ 15 minutes. If it is scar moxibustion, use a focusing lens with a power density of 250 ~ 477 MW/cm.

5. After the treatment, turn off the buttons in reverse order. However, it should be noted that the water circulation should not be turned off within 15 minutes after the unit is turned off.
