I. Main progress of research work

The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" of educational science in Henan Province, which we declared, has been reviewed by experts, approved by the provincial leading group for educational science planning, and the project has been confirmed. The Notice of Henan Provincial Department of Education on Announcing the List of Special Education Projects for Aid to Xinjiang in 2020 in the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan of Henan Education Science (Yujiao (2020) No.362) was clearly announced.

When this project notice was issued on September 5, 2020, we were elated, and our team members immediately did the following activities to further promote the development of the project.

1, because the host, Mr. Wang Yanping, was in poor health, I took over this task, wrote the opening report, and discussed the scheme with other members of the research group, with clear implementation steps and division of labor.

2. Print out everyone's division of labor and assign it in place. Do a clear division of labor, and generally agree on the time node for the completion of each work.

3. This regulation requires the members of the research group to make suggestions on the reform of education and teaching, and do the following work:

(1), the time required by the division of labor is 1 1 mid-month to complete this task, and each person writes a reform proposal of not less than 500 words. The proposal is also written according to the content of its own division of labor, rather than generalizing, so as to achieve a division of labor that is suitable for its theme and depth.

(2), 165438+ 10 received the suggestion on 5th October and collected it on 6th October. I sorted out the suggestions, and all six people in the research group put forward good suggestions, reaching more than 5000 words.

(3) The members of the research group are all front-line teachers. Therefore, they are deep, broad and targeted, or that sentence is well said, and practice makes true knowledge.

4. Next, we took the next step. In order to ensure that we can get the first-hand materials in the next step, we have done the preliminary work. In view of children's learning Chinese, a questionnaire survey was conducted from three positions. It is elaborated from three aspects respectively.

In the position of reading and listening, the horse's activities:

(1) Teacher Ma first made 35 questionnaires about students' extracurricular reading in the No.2 primary and secondary school in Bakun County, and made an actual investigation in the 6 1 class where he taught, then analyzed the data and wrote the investigation report. In the position of reading and writing, Teacher Cao Yan's activities:

(1) Teacher Cao Yan made a questionnaire about primary school students' homework in ethnic minority areas, made a survey on 35 students in three classes of Grade Five, and then analyzed the data and wrote a survey report. This is also in line with her division of tasks. She wrote a paper "Reading and Writing Guidance, Exploration Based on the Improvement of Mandarin Reading and Writing Ability" (3,000 words).

(2) Mr. Cao is still teaching in the class (transfer to Grade One), once a week, and every time there is a class case of tutoring plan. The specific practice of the topic is carried out in the vast world of the front line.

(3) In order to recommend extracurricular reading materials for children, Mr. Cao also recommended Robinson Crusoe to children by participating in the overall reading instructional design competition.

On the orientation of the study habits of minority students, Mr. Liu Xiao has done the following work:

4. Actively work hard in the "Small Hands Holding Big Hands" activity held by the school, and advocate with the members of the research group that students send Mandarin to their homes, which can also motivate parents and form a good atmosphere for families to learn Mandarin.

Third, the main innovations

In Bakun County, Hami City, most parents speak minority languages, and students only learn Mandarin in class, and rarely speak Mandarin voluntarily in class, at home and in society. In view of this environment, we should learn from our peers, change the single way and adopt diversified methods to improve the Putonghua level of minority students. Focusing on reading speeches, writing exercises and habit formation, we should create diversified learning scenes for students by various means, and do everything possible to improve the level of Putonghua, so that students can be infected with the infinite charm of Chinese culture, such as getting support from family and society through holding hands and cultivating good study habits.

Fourth, there are problems.

1, the atmosphere for children to learn Mandarin is very narrow. They only learn Mandarin in class, and speak Mandarin during recess, at home and on rest days.

2. Teachers usually communicate with students in their spare time and often use national languages. This greatly reduces the time for children to learn Mandarin.

3, students have only been learning Mandarin for three years, and it will take a long time to make achievements, so it is necessary to create more environment and atmosphere for learning Mandarin.

4. In the "Hand in Hand" activity organized by the school, some parents are 300 miles away from the school, and parents do not attach importance to their children's learning Mandarin. Their initiative in learning Mandarin is not strong, and they can't create a good family atmosphere for their children to learn Mandarin.

4. Take advantage of the school's frequent activities of "holding hands with small hands", so that children can bring the atmosphere of learning Mandarin to their families and parents can also form a good atmosphere of learning Mandarin.
