■? At present, the automobile industry is mixed.
From a macro perspective, the revolution of energy, interconnection and intelligence has injected strong new kinetic energy into the innovation and development of the automobile industry.
The energy revolution has brought about the transformation from traditional automobile power to new energy vehicles, and "Three Electricity" has become the core of automobiles. Brand-new industrial chains around "Three Electricity", new energy vehicle supporting infrastructure and operation service system emerge one after another. The Internet revolution and the intelligent revolution complement each other and promote the automobile industry to form a brand-new industrial ecosystem. In this context, China has made some achievements in the field of energy-saving and new energy vehicles.
At present, the average fuel consumption of new passenger cars in China is close to the target value of 5L/ 100km in 2020, the thermal efficiency of domestic gasoline engines is gradually approaching the international advanced level of 40%, and the automatic gearbox accounts for more than 70%. The technical level and product competitiveness of pure electric vehicles have been comprehensively improved, reaching the international advanced level. China pure electric vehicles have made comprehensive progress in energy consumption, cruising range and intelligent application. In addition, China's power battery technology and scale have entered the forefront of the world, and the driving motor has developed synchronously with the foreign technical level.
Wu Zhixin, the leader of the roadmap for pure electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles and deputy general manager of China Automotive Technology and Research Center Co., Ltd., said: "The internal combustion engine industry can be said to be in its prime. With lighter materials and better heat resistance, the efficiency of internal combustion engines can continue to improve. " For the hybrid technology route, no technology is the ultimate, and any technology needs to be combined with the market. Toyota and Honda have different hybrid technologies, and the emergence of different types of plug-in and extended-range technologies has also made the hybrid market more diversified.
Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have accelerated into the demonstration lead-in period. Hydrogen fuel cell buses have achieved the goal of 2020 in terms of cruising range, hydrogen consumption per 100 kilometers and top speed. The rated power, power density, cold start temperature and service life of commercial vehicle fuel cell system all meet or exceed the target of 2020. At the same time, the key components such as stack, compressor, DC/DC converter and hydrogen circulation device have been localized, but the foundation of core materials and components such as catalyst, carbon paper and proton exchange membrane is still weak.
The technical level of intelligent networked vehicles has been significantly improved. The intelligent level of the whole vehicle has been significantly improved, and high-level self-driving cars have been demonstrated and applied in some scenes. At the same time, the development of V2X communication technology in China keeps pace with the international leading level, and the progress of high-precision mapping and positioning technology also keeps pace with the international level. The supporting capacity of technological innovation in the automobile industry has been significantly improved. Since 20 16, R&D's investment in domestic related automobile industry has been increasing, and its proportion in revenue has reached about 3.5%.
The weak links in the foundation of China's automobile industry still exist. Automobile R&D design and simulation software platform, automobile liquid level meter calculation chip, automobile liquid level meter power semiconductor, high-precision sensor, etc. Rely heavily on foreign technology. Key materials such as high-quality electrical steel and amorphous alloy iron core have yet to be broken through.
■? Achieve six development goals in 2035
Li Jun introduced that the development of automobile technology in China has four social visions and five industrial visions.
Around these visions, Roadmap 2.0 puts forward six goals for the development of China automobile industry in 2035. First, the total carbon emissions of the automobile industry will reach the peak around 2028 before the national carbon emission reduction commitment, and the total carbon emissions will drop by 20% compared with the peak in 2035; Second, new energy vehicles have gradually become mainstream products, and the automobile industry has realized electrification transformation; Third, China's intelligent networked automobile technology system is basically mature, and its products are widely used; Fourth, the level of autonomy of key core technologies has been significantly improved, forming a coordinated, efficient, safe and controllable automobile industry chain; Fifth, establish an intelligent travel system for automobiles to form an ecology of deep integration of transportation, energy and cities; Sixth, the technological innovation system is optimized and improved, and the original innovation level has the global leading ability.
Roadmap 2.0 proposes that by 2035, the annual sales of energy-saving vehicles and new energy vehicles will each account for 50%, the automobile industry will be electrified, the number of fuel cell vehicles will reach 1 10,000, commercial vehicles will be transformed into hydrogen-powered vehicles, all kinds of networked highly self-driving vehicles will be widely used in China, and China intelligent networked vehicles will be deeply integrated with smart energy, intelligent transportation and smart cities.
In addition, in terms of charging infrastructure, it is estimated that by 2035, there will be more than 65.438+0.50 billion terminals for slow charging piles and 65.438+0.46 billion terminals for fast charging buses, which will support the charging operation of more than 65.438+0.50 billion vehicles, and at the same time realize the large-scale application of the city taxi and network car exchange mode.
In terms of lightweight technology, the short-term focus is to improve the application of high-strength steel, the medium-term direction is to form light alloy applications, and the long-term goal is to form multi-material mixed applications. Different from the traditional technical route which takes the kerb quality of the whole vehicle as the standard, Roadmap 2.0 introduces the vehicle weight reduction coefficient, load quality utilization coefficient and traction ratio. By 2035, it is estimated that the lightweight coefficient of fuel passenger cars will be reduced by 25% and that of pure electric passenger cars will be reduced by 35%.
