If the material layer is too thick, it will not only increase the motor power, but also reduce the grinding efficiency and make the product particle size coarser. This is because the thick material layer will increase the contact surface between the grinding roller and the material, which will lead to the increase of motor power, and the increase of the contact surface between the grinding roller and the material will reduce the pressure per unit area, which will lead to the decrease of the grinding ability of the grinding roller to the material. The accumulation of materials in the mill is more, which increases the concentration of materials in the gas and the pressure difference in the mill; When the suspended powder pile in the mill accumulates to a certain concentration, it suddenly collapses, which makes the circulating materials (returned materials) increase sharply. On the contrary, if the material thickness is too small, the opposite phenomenon will occur, which will make the mill vibrate violently.

Solution:

1. Remove the wind deflector of the wind ring to reduce the wind speed of the nozzle ring;

2. Gradually reduce the opening of the inlet valve of the circulating fan;

3. Reduce the speed of the classifier while ensuring the fineness of the product;

Under the heating condition of hot blast stove, the feeding amount of vertical mill should be 60% of rated output; When the kiln and mill are linked, the initial feeding amount should be 90% of the rated output, and gradually increase the output to the rated output after stabilization.
