What is a zinc-air battery? Does anyone know?
Zinc-air battery is a primary battery which uses activated carbon to absorb oxygen or pure oxygen in the air as positive active material, zinc as negative electrode and ammonium chloride or caustic solution as electrolyte. Also known as zinc-oxygen battery. Zinc-air battery is divided into neutral system and alkaline system, which are represented by letters A and P respectively, and then the battery model is represented by numbers.

Negative electrode: Zn+2OHˉ=ZnO+H2O+2eˉ

Positive electrode: 0.5O2+H2O+2eˉ=2OHˉ

Total reaction: 2Zn+O2=2ZnO.
