There are 7 1 faculty in the college, including 5 1 full-time teachers, 24 professors, 20 associate professors, 9 doctoral supervisors and 4 master supervisors. There are 42 doctoral degree winners, and 33 have obtained doctoral degrees abroad or overseas (Hong Kong) or studied abroad 1 year or more. National famous teachers 1 person, 3 winners of national excellent doctoral dissertations, 2 winners of Guangdong "Pearl River Scholar" distinguished professor, and 4 winners of the "New Century Excellent Talents" support program of the Ministry of Education.

At present, it has formed an echelon structure dominated by famous domestic scholars, with well-known scholars as the backbone and young scholars emerging from academia as the reserve force. It has a strong and orderly echelon, a highly cooperative spirit and full of vitality.

Professor Murray, the academic leader, was the vice president of South China Normal University. At present, he is the chairman of the Chinese Psychological Association, the convener of the discipline evaluation group of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee, the member of the Social Science Committee of the Ministry of Education, the deputy director of the expert steering committee of mental health education in primary and secondary schools of the Ministry of Education, the member of the national psychology discipline group of educational science planning, and distinguished professor (the first batch) (Pearl River scholars). Won the second "China Youth Science and Technology Award" (1990) (jointly organized by the Central Organization Department, the Ministry of Personnel and the China Association for Science and Technology), won the title of national-level teaching teacher in 2007, and won the first batch of "outstanding social scientists" in Guangdong Province on 201/kloc-0.

Professor Morey presided over the completion and research of more than 30 national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, and nearly 20 projects were entrusted by enterprises, institutions and government departments. He has published more than 40 academic works and nearly 300 academic papers. 20 10, 20 1 1 published a series of 3 papers in PNAS (including 2 first authors), and won the first prize of the state and province 15 scientific research achievements. In the first academic echelon (over 50 years old), Professor Liu Ming (President of South China Normal University), Professor Zhang Minqiang, Professor Wen and Professor Shen are all influential psychologists in China, and all of them have served as directors of the Chinese Psychological Society or deputy directors and members of its branches.

Members of the second echelon (over 40 years old) include Professor Zheng Xifu, Professor Zhang Wei, Professor He Xianyou, Professor Vivian Fan, Professor Huang, Professor Jun Chen and Professor Jin Hua. They all have outstanding research results and have certain influence in China.

In the third echelon (over 30 years old), young teachers such as Professor Wang Suiping, Professor Omi Chan, Professor Yu Rongjun, Professor Wang Ling, Professor Chen Qi, Professor Wang Ruiming, Professor Nie Jingxin, Professor Chen Caiqi, Professor Liu, Professor Chi Yukai, Professor Qu Chen, Professor Lu Aitao and Associate Professor Zhu Zude have shown a strong development momentum. Among them, Professor Wang Suiping has won the National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award, is the winner of the "Excellent Talents in the New Century" support program of the Ministry of Education, and distinguished professor, a "Pearl River Scholar" in Guangdong Province, has won many national and provincial projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation 10, and has been approved for research funding of more than 3 million yuan; Professor Omi Chan and Professor Wang Ruiming are also winners of the National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award, and both of them have presided over many national, provincial and ministerial projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation. Professor Omi Chan is the winner of "Outstanding Talents in the New Century" supported by the Ministry of Education, and Professor Wang Ruiming was awarded the first (20 13) "Guangdong Youth Cultural Talents". Professor Yu Rongjun received his Ph.D. from the Department of Psychology of Cambridge University, Professor Wang Ling from the Institute of Neuroscience and Medicine of ulrich Research Center, Professor Chen Qi from the Department of Psychology of Ghent University and Associate Professor Zhang Yiping from the University of Tokyo.
