(A) the significance of the topic
University is a period of real self-awareness. The age and educational level of college students make us learn to observe and analyze ourselves, and divide ourselves into subject and object, as well as ideal and realistic me. On the other hand, because of the limited life experience, a certain distance from the society and weak social practice ability, college students often talk, evaluate and think about social problems with fantasy, which is not practical. The understanding of things shows a certain one-sidedness and naivety, and it is still impossible to understand the problem deeply, accurately and comprehensively.
Based on the above points, college students' ideological understanding of environmental protection is very high, which is a long way to go, and they can pay attention to environmental protection because of their own quality level, and can put forward many beneficial methods and suggestions for environmental protection. However, we are too idealistic, and we have ideas beyond our ability, but we can't "persist" well.
Now, I will make my own analysis on the gap between the ideal and reality of environmental protection and the survey results.
(2) Survey design
As we all know, environmental problems have become a worldwide problem. In the final analysis, human beings are the main body of the environment. If human beings want to survive on the earth, their behavior dominated by consciousness will inevitably affect the surrounding environment on which they live. A footprint on the lawn, a piece of waste paper in the corner, a piece of waste battery in the garbage ... These are common behaviors in people's daily life, even an thoughtless action. But I don't know that these seemingly unintentional actions have left a legacy to our environment and resources, resulting in such a global environmental problem today.
Pay attention to the environment, pay attention to the green, in order to protect the environment on which we live, let more college students pay attention to the environment around them, understand the knowledge and methods of daily environmental protection, and enhance college students' awareness of environmental protection, we conducted a survey on 50 students in the school, and the results are as follows:

I. Understanding and mastering environmental knowledge
Our survey results show that 65.8% of the students answered our questions about World Environment Day correctly. I am very surprised by this result. I want to improve the environmental protection knowledge of college students.
The remaining 34.2% students know little or nothing about the environment. Although it is not more than half, it is enough to attract our attention. At present, while strengthening the education of professional knowledge, schools should not forget to strengthen the education and publicity of environmental knowledge. Professional knowledge plays an important role in the development of the environment.
Second, environmental awareness.
In terms of environmental awareness, we made the following survey, and the results are as follows:
1, on environmental protection
Our findings are as follows: 8 1.2% students think that everyone is responsible for environmental protection. These students clearly realize the urgency of environmental protection and are willing to make the surrounding environment better through their own efforts; In the final analysis, the fundamental purpose of environmental protection is to improve the living environment of human beings and meet the needs of development. However, a small number of students regard environmental protection as a matter for the government and environmental protection departments. It plays a guiding role, but protecting the environment is a complicated and trivial matter that requires everyone's efforts. I hope that through this survey, students will regard environmental protection as something they can do and work hard for it.
2. The seriousness of environmental problems
Through the investigation of this problem, we found that only 58.7% of the students are aware of the seriousness of environmental problems and the urgency of environmental protection work, and 4 1.3% of the students feel ordinary. This part of students are not aware of the seriousness of the environment, which is a reflection of their weak awareness of environmental protection.
Based on the above problems, we also made a survey of students' daily behavior habits to see what the results are.
3, daily behavior habits
Obviously, more than half of the students know what to do, but only a few people stick to it in life. Regarding garbage sorting, 80% of the students said that they usually do it when they think about it, and even 10% said that they have never done it. The great difference between ideal and reality is thus reflected.
Through this survey, we have a conclusion: in terms of environmental protection, the publicity and education of environmental protection knowledge have made most students realize the importance of environmental protection, but we have not done enough for specific environmental protection. In terms of publicity, it is necessary to set up environmental protection courses in the whole school so that more students can understand environmental protection knowledge; In the specific aspect of environmental protection, we should let more students participate in some activities to protect the environment, learn in the activities, let the awareness of environmental protection take root in the brain, and let students really do environmental protection. Only in this way can we change the status quo, improve the living environment, meet the needs of our own development and meet the needs of future generations.
