With the development of modern science and technology, tumor chemotherapy began with palliative treatment of tumors, and after years of continuous efforts, it has become a radical treatment method that can radically cure tumors. It is the ultimate goal of tumor medical treatment to make tumor cells disappear completely and achieve cure through chemotherapy [1]. Seventy-two patients with oncology from 20112 to 20 13 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 36 patients in each group. The observation group received nursing intervention, and the effect was obvious. Now the report is as follows.
1 data and methods
The clinical data of 20 1 1 12 to 20 13 10/72 patients in the oncology department of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 3 6 patients in each group. There were 42 males and 30 females. Age 35-75 years old, average (57.58? 12.56). It was diagnosed by clinical, imaging and pathological examination, including lung cancer, colon cancer, breast cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma and lymphoma. There is no obvious difference in age, sex and disease between the two groups, which is comparable.
1.2 Methods The control group was given routine care in oncology department. The observation group implemented a series of nursing care, including psychological intervention, social support intervention and the establishment of a return visit system after discharge.
2 nursing measures
2. 1 Psychological nursing nurses should do psychological counseling for patients' fears, help patients correctly understand and treat chemotherapy, explain some cases with good curative effect, and tell patients that the adverse reactions of chemotherapy are temporary and preventable, but the benefits to the body are long-term. Stabilizing mood can increase the body's tolerance to chemotherapy, and actively cooperating with treatment can produce better therapeutic effect [2].
2.2 In the process of diet care and treatment, instruct patients to eat light and digestible food, pay attention to adjust the color, fragrance and lewdness of food, and avoid eating greasy, spicy and irritating food. Some patients are afraid of vomiting and fasting. Nurses should inform patients that vomiting on an empty stomach will hurt their stomachs, instruct patients to eat more meals, chew slowly, and give metoclopramide intramuscular injection 30 minutes before meals if necessary. For those who can't eat by mouth due to severe vomiting, enteral or parenteral nutrition support treatment can be given as appropriate, and the water inflow and outflow should be strictly recorded to evaluate dehydration. If necessary, check the blood electrolyte and replenish the liquid in time.
2.3 Keep the ward clean and quiet, create a comfortable and relaxed environment for patients, play their favorite music for music-loving patients, distract attention and reduce nausea and vomiting during chemotherapy. When the patient vomits, give comfort, help the patient sit up, help the patient gargle after vomiting, clean up the vomit in time, and change the bed unit if necessary.
2.4 According to the doctor's advice, timely and accurately give antiemetic drugs, and give sedatives as adjuvant treatment when necessary [3].
2.5 Some oral chemotherapy drugs should be taken as much as possible before going to bed.
2.6 Inform patients to get enough sleep at night, and give small doses of sedatives to relieve digestive tract symptoms when necessary.

Before the intervention, there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in all the indexes of the quality of life scale (P & gt0.05). After six months of nursing intervention, all the indexes of the two groups were improved, and the score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05, P & lt0.0 1).
4 discussion
The rapid development of tumor medical treatment has broadened the field and content of tumor medical treatment, which requires nurses to update their knowledge and change their concepts in time, actively participate in and cooperate with the clinical application of new technologies and new therapies, and be familiar with their basic principles, observation and treatment of toxic and side effects, and operational procedures. , so as to make a comprehensive nursing plan and provide thoughtful and safe care for patients [4].
Clinical tumor nursing meets the needs of oncology development. This chapter will introduce: the nursing of chemotherapy patients requires mastering the administration method of chemotherapy drugs, identifying the side effects of chemotherapy drugs, understanding its mechanism of action, mastering chemotherapy and its nursing points, and doing a good job in psychological care of chemotherapy patients; Understand the nursing care of patients undergoing intracavitary treatment; Understand the principle of immunotherapy, master the preservation and use of immune preparations and the nursing of immunotherapy patients; Master the knowledge of chemotherapy protection. Attention should be paid to protecting blood vessels during chemotherapy to prevent tissue damage caused by phlebitis and drug extravasation [5]. ① When using peripheral vein infusion, try to choose forearm vein, avoid joints, tendons and ligaments, and avoid using steel needles. Patients with upper limb venous compression should be given intravenous infusion of lower limbs. Re-puncture below the vein point that has been punctured within 24 hours should also be avoided. (2) When intravenous infusion of chemotherapy drugs, the drugs should be injected at the same time as returning blood, and normal saline or glucose solution should be continuously injected after drug injection to ensure no leakage. ③ Central veins such as PICC, subclavian vein, internal jugular vein and femoral vein should be selected for drugs with strong irritation. (4) In case of drug extravasation, it should be handled in time according to the principle of chemotherapy drug extravasation. Pay attention to the changes of patients' condition during chemotherapy, and pay attention to the changes of body temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure and consciousness at any time. Whether there are systemic toxic reactions caused by infectious diseases, such as chills, fever, fatigue, loss of appetite, weight loss, fatigue, etc. ; And local manifestations of systemic diseases such as cough, expectoration, hemoptysis, asthma and chest pain. Whether there are drug toxic reactions, such as bleeding, vomiting, rash, constipation, diarrhea, bloody stool, etc. If there is any abnormality, you should report it to the doctor in time and give symptomatic treatment. Prevention of gastrointestinal reaction: give sedative and emetic before taking medicine to reduce the reaction. According to the data of this group, there was no statistical difference between the observation group and the control group in the items of quality of life measurement scale before intervention (P & gt0.05). After six months of nursing intervention, all items of the two groups were improved, and the score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05, P & lt0.0 1). Nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of oncology patients after operation.

At this stage, the treatment technology of various diseases is constantly developing and improving, and many patients have higher and higher health care requirements and need high-level nursing work [l]. Traditional nursing methods only pay attention to the care of patients, and people are obviously dissatisfied with this kind of nursing method. In order to meet people's nursing requirements, our hospital has carried out all kinds of nursing training according to the high-quality nursing model, and continuously carried out research and development according to the traditional nursing methods. High-quality nursing mode emphasizes people-oriented and pays attention to improving nursing quality, which is widely welcomed by patients. In this paper, the control group and the observation group were used to study the application of quality extension service in oncology, which is summarized as follows.
1 data and methods
1. 1 general information
From 2009 to 20 12, 60 tumor patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The basic situation is as follows: in the control group, there are 62 males and 8 females/kloc-0. The patients ranged in age from 65,438+09 to 765,438+0, with an average age of 42 years. The hospitalization time is 7-90 days, with an average hospitalization time of 30 days. The observation group consisted of 65 males and 5 females/kloc-0, aged between 19-69, with an average age of 39. The hospitalization time of this group ranged from 7 days to 97 days, with an average of 35 days. There is no obvious difference in the basic situation between the two groups, so a comparative experiment can be carried out.
1.2 method
The nursing methods of the control group remained unchanged, and the traditional nursing methods were still used for routine nursing; The observation group adopted high-quality nursing service mode to carry out nursing work. According to the document spirit and activity plan issued by the Ministry of Health, and the notice of nursing work, the hospital first conducted on-the-job training for the personnel who participated in the nursing work of the observation group. On this basis, the nursing staff were regrouped, the original grouping situation was adjusted, and the stratified nursing method was adopted. Ensure that each nursing group has senior, middle and primary nursing staff, so that the distribution of nursing staff is more reasonable. In addition, patients and doctors are also required to give their opinions on the work of nurses, strengthen the assessment work and continuously improve the quality of nursing work. In the usual nursing, we should also implement the ward round system, which can find the problems in nursing work in time and help nurses correct them in time.
1.3 statistical method
In this study, Excel and SPSS software are used to calculate and process the collected data. Generally, mean and standard deviation are used to represent measurement data, and t test is used. At p
1.4 In practical work, carefully study the work error rate, the treatment of patients, the reaction of patients' families and the attitude of patients in the two groups.
Two results
In the process of using the two nursing methods, the nursing indexes are shown in table 1. According to the table 1, it can be seen that the treatment error rate of the observation group is reduced, the treatment situation of the patients is improved, there is no dispute, and the patients are very satisfied with the nursing work, which shows that this experiment is relatively successful.

3 discussion
In the daily nursing work of the hospital, the traditional nursing mode is gradually eliminated, while the high-quality nursing mode has been recognized and gradually popularized. At present, with the continuous improvement of medical level, it is required that nursing work must be people-oriented, not only paying attention to patients' physiological indexes, but also paying attention to patients' other needs, such as psychological nursing and emotional nursing, especially for tumor patients. Many patients of this type are pessimistic and disappointed. I think I have an incurable disease and will die soon, so I don't want to cooperate with the doctor during the treatment. Therefore, I should do a good job of psychological counseling for patients in nursing work, so that patients can treat death correctly. Tell the patient that as long as he actively cooperates with the doctor and the treatment method is correct, the patient can continue to survive. At the same time, patients' families are required to actively cooperate with nursing work, create a good family atmosphere, swell the sails of patients' lives, and maintain patients' emotional stability, which is conducive to doctors' treatment.
Through the psychological work of nurses on patients, the patients' mood is stabilized, thus greatly reducing the occurrence of various complications and shortening the treatment time of patients. Therefore, the work of nursing staff is very important, and traditional nursing methods should no longer be used. It is necessary to actively establish communication relations with patients, make use of various forms of conversation, and make patients trust nurses. I believe that through the treatment of doctors, their condition will be improved, their psychology will be more stable, and patients will be very satisfied with the work of nurses.
With the development of medical technology, hospitals are required to have high-level nursing work, which is closely related to the quality of nursing staff. Therefore, nurses are required to take part in business study frequently, improve their nursing ability, approach patients actively, understand patients' needs, master patients' basic situation, and do a good job in serving patients. The research in this paper can also prove that by improving the quality of nursing staff, the complications of patients can be effectively reduced, the hospitalization time can be shortened and the satisfaction of patients can be improved.
In a word, high-quality nursing service mode can greatly improve nursing quality, change nursing knowledge and make patients highly satisfied. Therefore, this service model should be vigorously promoted in hospitals.
