Research interests: congenital malformation, acquired malformation, craniofacial trauma, tissue defect, organ reconstruction, cleft lip and palate repair and treatment. Loeb Ⅱ and Ⅲ fracture reduction and fixation, periorbital depression deformity repair, superficial temporal artery island flap to repair skull defect, superficial temporal artery forehead island flap and fascia flap to repair upper and lower eyelid defect and nose defect, Loeb Ⅰ vomer and mandibular ramus sagittal osteotomy to correct jaw short deformity caused by maxillary retraction, mandibular protrusion deformity or mental arch dysplasia.
To study the diagnostic criteria, measurement methods, measurement indexes and three-dimensional simulation of zygomatic arch reduction and mandibular angle osteotomy facial contour reduction. Comparison of different surgical methods for clinical facial contour reconstruction and prospective study of complications prevention.
The treatment of facial paralysis caused by various reasons includes facial nerve anastomosis, facial nerve transplantation and muscle flap transplantation with neurovascular anastomosis.
Scientific research achievements: 1. Research on the treatment of old facial paralysis with multi-vessel nerve pedicle oblique muscle flap transplantation, a scientific research fund project of Ministry of Health.
2. The project of Shanghai Health Bureau: 3D CT simulation of orbital zygomatic reconstruction and clinical study of rigid internal fixation technology.
3. Basic research on muscle atrophy after facial muscle denervation, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission and Unilever.
4. Comparative study of distraction osteogenesis and orthognathic surgery approved by Shanghai Medical Center in the treatment of adult hemifacial deformity.
5. The clinical study of facial contour reconstruction was approved by Shanghai Medical Center.
