The location chosen is the factory. I think this is a very suitable place for my current state, whether from the perspective of ability or adaptation and purpose. The factory is also an independent society, and there are also many personnel disputes here. In addition to hard work, they have to struggle for livelihood, survival and life, which makes me feel how difficult it is for people to exist as a society. I won't mention it here.
My internship department is the Department of Electrical Engineering, which undertakes the construction and transformation of xx power grid, and mainly undertakes the tasks of installation, erection, tower processing and manufacturing of substations with voltage levels of 220kv and below and supporting overhead transmission and distribution lines, power cables and optical cables. The engineering department has hard work and strong technical requirements. It is the department with the widest coverage of power specialty in xx Power Supply Company, so it is also the cradle of power system transmission technical talents. In just four weeks, with the education and training led by the engineering department and the care and help of my colleagues, I have made some achievements in my work and study, and my overall quality has also improved to a certain extent. I was assigned to practice in Class Two of the Department of Substation Engineering. As a new employee who has just joined the work, he is full of curiosity and enthusiasm in the face of new work and new environment, but also nervous and uneasy-after all, he is a novice and knows almost nothing about the professional knowledge of substation operation. But under the careful guidance of the monitor and the teachers in the class, I still benefited a lot. Through the observation and study in the construction site of * * airport substation and * * substation, we have a certain understanding of the basic process of the secondary substation team from cable pay-off, wiring, line alignment to line debugging and testing, and the basic structure of the substation, the basic process of substation construction and the main uses of various equipment. Although we didn't try to connect the cable between the junction box and the control room, I tried my best to tie the cable and test the opening and closing of the circuit breaker, which increased my practical work experience. In the few days when I was transferred to the General Manager's Work Department to help, I also conscientiously completed every task assigned to me by the leaders, which was well received by everyone. During my internship, I always strictly demand myself, consciously abide by the rules and regulations of the engineering department, work hard and work hard, actively assist other colleagues while completing the work assigned by the leaders, and improve my ability in all aspects in the process of work. Internship is not only an important stage for me to accumulate work experience, but also a valuable time for me to study hard. A threesome requires a teacher.
