Objective: In the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids by cerclage, there are many defects such as large local injury and many postoperative complications. To observe the curative effect of different ring stripping operations on mixed hemorrhoids, and to explore the function of anal sphincter and the pathogenesis of ring mixed hemorrhoids. Surgical technique: External hemorrhoid was dissected by annular mixed hemorrhoid, and internal hemorrhoid was ligated by injecting non-liquid Xiaozhiling. Annular mixed for varicose veins does not release anal sphincter, and annular mixed connective tissue type gives anal sphincter release. Results: 164 patients were cured 158, accounting for 96%, and 6 cases were effective, accounting for 4% of the total effective rate. The course of treatment was12 16 days, with an average of16 days. The patients were followed up for one year after operation, with the follow-up results. Therefore, the pathogenesis of anal sphincter dysfunction and mixed hemorrhoid ring needs to be discussed.
