The work of XX disease control project in our city is summarized as follows:
I. Construction of disease prevention and control institutions

In order to improve the professional quality of professional and technical personnel in the CDC, training efforts have been intensified, and key training has been given to the business backbone of the Municipal CDC. Do a good job in metrology certification, further standardize laboratory management, strengthen laboratory biosafety management, and prevent safety accidents.
Second, the prevention and treatment of acute infectious diseases
This year, the city has strengthened the management of infectious diseases in the city, and conducted regular and irregular supervision and inspection of infectious diseases to relevant medical and health institutions every month. At the same time, a special class for epidemic monitoring was set up to supervise and inspect the network report of the epidemic situation in the city. The fever clinics of all medical institutions in the city earnestly carry out pre-inspection and triage of fever clinics, and implement the responsibility system of first-visit doctors. The Municipal People's Hospital started the infectious disease ward, and earnestly achieved "early detection, early reporting, early isolation and early treatment". In order to prevent nosocomial infection, the infectious diseases department set up by the Municipal People's Hospital, the Second People's Hospital and the medical institutions above the second level of the Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine is responsible for the control of nosocomial infection and the monitoring of unexplained pneumonia. Each township health center has a clinician, who is responsible for the differential diagnosis of outpatient and inpatient fever cases. Due to the prevention and control measures in place, so far, no major infectious diseases have occurred in our city. 1, emergency epidemic treatment:
On August 12, XX, a funeral banquet was held at Li Xianyou's home in Dongshantou Town, Xiaonan District, which triggered a cholera epidemic. Five people from our city (members of Dongshantou Funeral Banquet Band) participated. We quickly organized personnel to find out the incidence of diarrhea in these five people through several days of epidemiological investigation, mastered the incidence of the epidemic, determined the cause of the disease, and took targeted measures to effectively control the spread of the epidemic. After careful epidemiological investigation, it was found that 9 people from Hanchuan attended the funeral banquet hosted by Li Xianyou in Dongshantou Town, Xiaonan District, Xiaogan City. We conducted a detailed case study of these nine people. Except for many couples (who did not attend the funeral) who had abdominal pain and diarrhea, the other 8 people did not find any adverse clinical symptoms through dynamic observation. No Vibrio cholerae o 1 and o 139 were detected in the stool samples collected by these 9 people and Deng Zhenyu. After discovering these two cases of diarrhea, the Municipal People's Hospital immediately sent a 120 car to transport the patients to the isolation area for isolation treatment. The patient had no symptoms of abdominal pain and diarrhea after admission. After stopping antibiotics, both o 1 group and o 139 group of Vibrio cholerae were negative for two consecutive fecal tests, and the isolation was lifted on the afternoon of 17. We distributed norfloxacin capsules to 92 people who were in contact with Xu Band members, all the family members who attended the funeral and Xu Family members, and collected 24 samples from patients and their close contacts, and 72 samples from the external environment. Vibrio cholerae o 1 and o 139 were not detected. At the same time, the city launched an emergency plan. While doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control, all medical institutions in the city are required to search for patients in village clinics and community service stations within their jurisdiction, so that every diarrhea must be checked, the inspection system should be further improved, the inspection channels should be unblocked, and a 24-hour duty system should be implemented. Every day, the dean in charge of each unit reports local diarrhea cases to the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and sends medical staff to each village station for inspection and supervision. No patients with similar diarrhea have been found at present. Moreover, no positive strains were detected in 28 cases of diarrhea stool samples sent for inspection in the city, and all of them were diarrhea patients caused by other reasons. Through the joint efforts of the city's disease control personnel, the cholera epidemic has been well controlled.
2. Direct network reporting: In order to ensure the timely reporting of information on infectious diseases, the process was standardized to ensure the smooth reporting network of the whole city. In view of the problem that the current infectious disease information report is not timely, we have comprehensively rectified the situation of direct reporting of infectious diseases in our city in strict accordance with the requirements of the Regulations on the Management of Infectious Disease Information Report, which has greatly improved the timely reporting rate of direct reporting of infectious diseases in our city compared with last year. Further improve the network system of epidemic reporting at the city and township levels, and implement the appointment system for 34 infectious disease information administrators in the city, with clear rewards and punishments, and realize the operation that leaders are responsible for epidemic reporting, responsible persons are responsible for collecting epidemic information, and the epidemic network reports directly to designated personnel. The network direct reporting of medical institutions based on infectious disease case reports has been improved, and many problems such as timely reporting and revision of epidemic situation, routine monitoring and early warning of emergencies, and management of epidemic situation reports of floating population have been solved. We can now report and analyze the epidemic situation of infectious diseases on a monthly basis, and establish and improve the system of regularly publishing the epidemic situation of infectious diseases. 32 epidemic reporting units have clear reporting responsibilities, standardized procedures and smooth networks.
3. Monitoring of key diseases: In order to further strengthen the monitoring of acute intestinal infectious diseases focusing on cholera and typhoid fever, according to the spirit requirements of relevant documents of Hubei Provincial Health Department and Xiaogan Municipal Health Bureau, all medical units set up intestinal outpatient clinics from May 1 day to 1 month1day, and implemented "five specialties" management. Medical units directly under the municipal government should have special personnel, specialized parties, specialized rooms and specialized rooms. Do a good job in the registration of diarrhea patients and pathogen inspection, so that "every diarrhea must be checked, every doubt must be checked", and the diarrhea patients will be treated with antibiotics throughout the course. The Municipal People's Hospital and the Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine carry out self-examination, and the inspection rate is required to reach more than 20%. Other medical units should collect samples of diarrhea patients in time and send them to the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention for testing, and the inspection rate should reach more than 8%.
Second, the prevention and treatment of parasitic diseases
1.
