Second, the characteristics of this project
This project is a earthwork project, the main purpose of which is to level the site and transport excess soil. Nanjing has strict management systems and procedures for waste residue treatment, and the unqualified units are severely punished. Earthwork transportation must have "four certificates". This project is coordinated with Nanjing Traffic Management Bureau, Nanjing Urban Management Bureau, Nanjing Fixed Waste Disposal Management Unit, Nanjing Environmental Protection Bureau and Nanjing Rongju. The procedures related to waste residue transportation involve many departments and are complicated. Its security is particularly important. In view of the above characteristics, in order to complete the construction task of this project with high quality and on schedule, and implement the company's quality policy of "stressing science, seeking high efficiency, creating high quality, abiding by contracts, valuing reputation and satisfying customers", this project adopts the project method and implements the ISO9002 quality standard system. According to the composition principle of the project method, the excellent construction team is deployed and the project management department is established.

Before construction, conduct a comprehensive overhaul of the mechanical equipment entering the site to ensure the normal operation of the equipment; Prepare the construction plan, arrange the construction sequence, and coordinate the cooperation between various processes and professions; Implement the corresponding construction personnel and conduct pre-job training and education; Do a good job in planning materials and process equipment to meet the requirements of continuous construction, collect the construction site and publicize it throughout the company so that all employees can understand the situation of this project. (3) Site preparation work

(4) Protection and treatment of underground structures and cultural relics
All kinds of cultural relics belong to the state. In the process of earthwork construction, if cultural relics, fossils, or other items with archaeological and geological research value are found, the construction should be stopped immediately, the site should be protected immediately, and a written report should be made to the owner or supervisor, and no concealment or unauthorized occupation is allowed.
When underground obstacles affecting the construction are found during the construction, they shall be reported to the owner or the supervisor in written form, and the disposal scheme shall be negotiated.

Adopt project method for construction management: the whole project department headed by the project manager strictly implements ISO series standards, so that the whole construction process is under control. At the same time, the company signed a target contract with the project department to clarify their respective rights and obligations, with quality as the goal and safety in production, civilized construction and on-site comprehensive management as the assessment criteria to ensure the successful completion of the construction task and provide satisfactory products for the owners.

This project is very large in scale. In order to facilitate the construction management, speed up the construction progress and ensure the smooth progress of the project, it is necessary to divide the project into different construction areas and organize the construction respectively.
(3) Work deployment
① Overall construction direction
The construction area starts from the place close to the construction road, and the construction is carried out in the near and far directions. The main purpose is to facilitate the walking of large construction machinery.
② Construction sequence
Overall construction sequence: construction of access road → demolition of surface concrete and masonry structure, and demolition of house and house foundation. It is required to use a sufficient number of high-power machinery for continuous construction during earthwork construction, and temporary land and temporary drainage ditches shall be interspersed, which shall not occupy the main construction period.
(4) Mechanical equipment
(1) equipped with excavator
In the construction of this project, due to the new regulations on the transportation of muck trucks in Nanjing, the muck trucks can only be used from 22: 00 at night to 7: 00 the next day. Therefore, single bucket excavators with bucket capacity of 1.0m 3 are mainly selected for earthwork excavation, and the output of each single bucket excavator with bucket capacity of 1.0m 3 is 1.000 m3 (solid edge). The working time of each excavator is 9. When the total excavation amount of this project is used for earthwork excavation, it is decided to use three single bucket excavators with bucket capacity of 1.0m3 for earthwork construction, and the number of excavators will be increased according to the requirements of the owner.
(2) Equipped with dump trucks
12t ~ 15t dump truck is selected for earthwork transportation in this project. According to our company's experience, 10 15t dump truck (transported within 15km) is required for each excavation.
③ Selection of other machinery
There is a large amount of surplus waste in this project, which is selected according to our company's similar construction experience: 1 14KW 1 bulldozer and 13 1KW 1 bulldozer are arranged in the abandoned site; In addition to the 10T oil tank, the 1 5T oil tanker is also prepared to continuously transport mechanical oil (diesel oil).
(5) Control and deployment of construction period
(1) This project is characterized by moderate quantities, but the construction period is tight. Be ready for the owner's request to start construction at any time. Large earth-moving machinery must be selected and called, and two shifts will be implemented (in case of special weather such as rainy days, which will affect the progress of the project, the operation time should be adjusted in time to make up for the loss of the construction period), so that people can stop. There must be sufficient reserves of construction (firewood) oil and lighting facilities for night construction.
(2) In addition to the conventional control means, the site is specially equipped with a computer room and a special computer. Professionals use microcomputers and project management software to dynamically control the whole construction process, such as the time limit for a project network and resource allocation, so that the quality and safety management of the time limit for a project can be effectively controlled, thus ensuring the realization of various objectives of this project.

3, construction survey
(1) measurement control system
It is planned to establish a closed traverse control network according to the survey control datum submitted by the owner, and then set out the details according to the construction control network. The survey preparation before construction includes: checking and rechecking survey datum points, adding control points and leveling points, establishing control network, re-surveying original terrain, and setting out construction. The accuracy of construction survey shall meet the requirements of Code for Engineering Survey (GB50026-93).
(2) Earthwork construction survey
(1) According to the established plane and elevation control system, set out boundary markers, and set up horizontal and vertical control piles at each boundary, one for each 1OOm. The control pile is poured with concrete and buried 20 cm below the ground to control the boundary and control the elevation.
(2) Layout 40m×40m grid for construction lofting, and measure the ground elevation and design elevation of grid pile points. If the ground elevation is greater than the design elevation of this point, it is excavation, otherwise it is filling. Write down the excavation height of each pile on the pile (side) with a red pencil, fill in "+"and dig "-". In order to facilitate line hanging and leveling, piles are added to the grid, and the grid is divided into small squares of 1Om× 10m. If it is filled with soil, hang a line on the pile to fill the soil according to the height of the filled soil; When excavating, dig around the pile point to the required depth. According to the elevation of the existing site, the earthwork of this project is mainly excavation.
(3) During excavation, check and correct the elevation of the whole grid with nylon thread, subject to the pile point, as shown in the following figure:

(3) Measuring instruments
① The main measuring instrument for plane measurement is Nissan Topcon GTS-602 total station. The technical specifications of the instrument are: angle measurement accuracy 2 ",measuring range 3,000m, and ranging accuracy (2mm+2ppm). It can meet the plane accuracy requirements of this project.
② The main measuring instrument for elevation measurement is S3 automatic level.
(4) lofting method
Topcon GTS-602 total station is used, and the instrument provides many functions such as polar coordinate lofting. You can calculate or find out the coordinate values of undetermined feature elements from the design documents, and then input the total station to measure and locate.
(1) Set up instruments at traverse control points and input the coordinate values of the control points;
(2) aim at the rear view control point and input the coordinate values or azimuth angles of the rear view control point;

4, the main engineering construction methods
According to the information provided by the site and the owner, the earthwork of this project is mainly excavated and abandoned, in which the concrete and masonry structure walls are partially broken, and a small amount of stonework is broken, all of which are sandy silt of Class III soil and strongly weathered rock. Earthwork allocation is as follows: all kinds of miscellaneous fill are transported abroad.
(1) excavation construction
(1) Excavation method:
Excavators are used for digging, and dump trucks are used for transportation. From top to bottom, the surface miscellaneous fill, surface concrete floor and pavement, plants and tree roots will be removed and transported away, and then the other three types of soil, sand and silt will be excavated and transported to the designated garbage dump of Nanjing Zhatu Office for disposal.
(2) excavation elevation control:
When the excavation is close to the ground design elevation, the survey must be strengthened. The method is as follows: Set elevation control piles according to the square piles at the boundary of the excavation area, and hang lines on the control piles. When hanging the line, a certain amount of rolling subsidence should be reserved, so that the rolling elevation just meets the design elevation, and the earthwork cannot be dug below the design elevation. If there is any overbreak, it should be filled with the same soil as the excavation and compacted to the required degree of compaction. If the local soil is used for filling, high-quality loess should be used for filling when the compactness can not meet the requirements. In particularly important places, with the consent of the design unit, stones or low-strength concrete should be used for filling.
(3) Control of excavation section:
For the excavation section, the survey group set out the excavation scope on site, adopted excavation construction, and put slope coefficient into the excavated mountain according to the actual situation. Check the geological conditions while excavating, check the uniformity of soil, and determine whether it conforms to the design. If not, please ask the design representative to make changes after confirmation on site. In the process of excavation, uneven water collection should be prevented, and longitudinal drainage grooves and sump pits should be set around the site to discharge water into nearby sewage pipes. Before excavation, observation piles should be made for the existing subgrade and track within 20m at both ends of the construction site, and observation should be made twice a day, and records should be made. If any change is found, it shall be rectified in time and reported to the person in charge of construction.

Avoid the loss of the next working procedure and the total construction period (critical line) caused by affecting the next working procedure. Strengthen the seriousness of the construction period to ensure that the project progress will not be delayed in this process.
(3) At the same time, according to the time requirement of the total schedule network plan, the total construction schedule plan is divided into monthly plan, weekly plan and daily plan, which will be more conducive to the control objectives of the plan.
3. Organizational measures

6, the construction labor allocation plan

7. Measures to ensure high-quality construction personnel to participate in the project construction.
(1). Before entering the site, all construction personnel must hold professional skills post certificates and sign labor contracts with the company, otherwise they shall not enter the site, and the number of holders shall not be less than 60% of the total number of employees.
(2) After the construction personnel enter the site, the project department will provide them with entrance education and training, including: safety production, civilized construction, technical management, quality requirements, fire control, administrative logistics, environmental protection, family planning, on-site discipline, rule of law education, etc. And take the exam in the form of answer sheet. You can't take up your post until you pass the exam, or you will be discharged.
(3) Special types of work: electrician, welder, small and medium-sized mechanical operator, etc. Mount guard must hold the Certificate of Special Type of Work, and it is forbidden to mount guard without a license.
(4). The construction management personnel must hold the professional qualification certificate uniformly printed by the Ministry of Labor before taking up their posts. The certificate-holding rate should reach more than 60%, and the proportion of senior, middle and junior workers should reach 10%, 60% and 30% respectively. The "Qualification Certificate" or "Grade Certificate" printed and issued locally shall be null and void.
(5) All kinds of qualification certificates held must be true and valid, and be inspected by the competent labor department at any time.
Once the fraudsters are found out, the parties concerned shall be held accountable and punished according to relevant regulations.
(6). The construction personnel shall carry out the construction in strict accordance with the technical specifications, process flow and quality standards, and implement them to the construction department.
Holders shall register their real names and adhere to the three inspection systems, namely "self-inspection, mutual inspection and handover inspection". The technical director shall make disclosure in advance, process control and post-acceptance evaluation to ensure that the quality standards are met.
