How to remove horizontal lines from references in papers
When we write a paper and insert references by inserting footnotes, a horizontal line will appear. We want to delete it, but we cannot select it. How can I get rid of this horizontal line? Today I'm going to talk about this technology.

0 1 First open the document with this problem, and click View to switch to normal view mode, as shown in the figure.

Click "Quote" in the title bar and click the "Show Notes" button below, and the bottom of the document will change as shown in the figure.

As shown in the figure, use the mouse to select all references, select "endnote separator" in the "endnote" drop-down menu, and click.

We found that the separator can be selected and deleted at this time, so it can be deleted directly.

Click the View option to switch to Page View mode again. We see that the horizontal line has been deleted.
