Issue 16 [research results] is about how to be a teacher that students love.
"The foundation of the Millennium, talents first", the key to talent training lies in teachers, who shoulder the heavy responsibility of training talents. However, only teachers with excellent political quality, professional ability, ideals and beliefs, moral sentiments, solid knowledge and caring can be competent. How to become a teacher that students like in teaching is a problem that I often think about.

First, infect students with noble morality.

"Bai Xing De is the first one." Teachers should stand on their own feet and learn to teach with morality. As a teacher, he shoulders the heavy responsibility of cultivating the next generation and has a strong appeal to students. Personal quality and behavior will affect students. Therefore, as a teacher, we should first pay attention to personal moral cultivation, and our words and deeds will affect every student around us. To make students like it, we must first infect students with noble morality. Just like the third grade I took, I asked students to be hygienic, not littering, civilized in language, not swearing, caring for classmates and helping others. I set an example myself, and my classmates did a good job, and I was praised by the school many times. Only in this way can we truly "learn to be a teacher and be a teacher".

Second, conquer students with superb teaching.

As the saying goes, "One minute on stage, ten years off stage". To be a teacher that students like, we must do all the preparatory work before class and conquer students with our exquisite teaching.

(a) Postgraduates

The target of teachers' teaching is students. Only by fully understanding the students they bring can we be targeted and achieve the expected results. As the saying goes, "know yourself and know yourself, and you will win every battle." This year, I took the first-year students. First-year students have the following characteristics:

1. Physical characteristics: Because of young age and weak body, it is not easy to exercise excessively, and the posture of walking, writing and reading should be correct to avoid abnormal development;

2. Intellectual characteristics: The first grade is a period of rapid intellectual development with obvious changes. Thinking is not out of childhood, teachers remember what they teach, which belongs to mechanical memory and has a weak sense of self. All of a sudden, the transition from play-oriented children to primary schools to regular learning needs a process and needs the patient guidance of teachers;

3. Psychological characteristics: After entering the first grade, children will be bound by many school rules, leading to anxiety, tension and fatigue, but their self-esteem will gradually increase. If they like the class teacher to praise themselves very much, they will feel proud.

According to 5 1 students in our class, I arrange seats through the combination of strong observation ability and weak ability, so that children can influence each other and make progress together.

(2) Prepare lesson plans.

Teaching plan is the passport of classroom, and preparing lessons before class is the guarantee of classroom teaching.

1. research and analysis teaching materials

Before writing the lesson plan, I first understand the characteristics of the new textbook, and write the lesson plan in combination with the curriculum standard and the students' reality. For example, in Chinese teaching, some new texts have been added to the newly revised first-year Chinese textbook of People's Education Press, mainly including children's poems suitable for first-year students to understand. The biggest change in the new textbook is to learn pinyin first, and the literacy is reduced. "Happy reading" and "reading with adults" have been added to the Chinese garden, and "writing tips" have been added, requiring students to write new words and cultivate their imagination. The content of the new textbook is more suitable for first-year students to understand. Through the analysis of the new textbook, I pay attention to setting the teaching objectives of each class in combination with the characteristics of students when preparing lessons, and choose teaching methods according to the content.

2. Design teaching links

As freshmen have just entered a new environment from kindergarten, they are young, have poor self-discipline, are full of curiosity about anything new, are in the formative stage, do not know the importance of learning, and have unclear learning goals. Therefore, when I write the lesson plan, I set up the teaching link of each class according to the students' actual situation, consciously guide the students, and design multiple activities in combination with the characteristics of freshmen's activeness and love to participate, so that children can participate in it and enjoy it, thus improving classroom teaching. For example, the first lesson "I went to school", there is only one picture in the textbook, which is very simple, but the first-year students are not so easy to understand. The goal of this class is to let students know the life in the new school, meet new teachers and classmates, experience the joy of learning new knowledge, know how to respect teachers, unite classmates, study and listen, and develop good reading and writing posture. It is planned to complete the teaching in three class hours. In the first class, let students know their teachers, classmates, school and themselves, know that they are from China, and cultivate patriotic feelings. In the second class, through the interaction between teachers and students, students can learn more about the rules and regulations of the school and class, and form a good habit of attending classes on time and observing discipline; In the third class, guide students to master the correct reading and writing posture.

(C) to create a classroom

Classroom is the main position of teaching. The level of classroom teaching directly affects the quality of teaching. This semester, I plan to go into the classroom, listen to the lessons of famous teachers and peers, communicate with experienced teachers, learn their advanced teaching experience and improve teaching skills. Classroom teaching takes students as the main body, which not only guides freshmen to learn knowledge, but also guides freshmen to master learning methods and cultivate students' autonomous learning ability from an early age. For the first-year students, I will adopt diversified teaching methods and make full use of multimedia teaching to make students learn more intuitively and conveniently; Make full use of cards to help students understand the text through various forms of activities; Give full play to the characteristics of primary school students' love to participate in activities, give children opportunities, give full play to their initiative, and teach at different levels with the help of groups; Contact parents regularly, feedback each student's learning situation, and help students make progress and grow together through home-school cooperation.

As the saying goes, to be a teacher that students love, one must have real talent and practical learning, certain professional knowledge and a certain level of teaching, constantly explore classroom teaching, independently complete effective teaching design, write well the teaching reflection of each class, strive for progress after class, improve the teaching and research level from reflection, and improve oneself by summing up experience. In teaching, we should constantly strengthen the study of professional knowledge, actively participate in teaching and research activities, learn from experienced teachers, explore the problems existing in teaching, participate in research, update and optimize our knowledge structure and ability structure, constantly learn advanced experience, turn the gained experience into teaching papers, and create our own unique teaching style.

The ancients said, "A teacher is a model of man". I will squat down to talk with the students, communicate with my heart, and look for every bright spot in my children with appreciation. I believe that as long as we care for, respect and tolerate children, we can find the key to students' hearts. In the eyes of students, the teacher is "what he says is the classics and what he does is the law", and his words and deeds have a great influence on students. This requires teachers not only to have noble moral character, but also to have real talent and practical learning. Therefore, we should establish the concept of lifelong learning, keep learning, constantly update our concepts and knowledge, and be a teacher that students love.
