(1) The procedures for recruiting civil servants include: ① issuing a recruitment announcement; 2. Registration and qualification examination; (3) take the written test and interview to take the exam; (4) The recruitment agency determines the candidates for the examination according to the examination results, and conducts qualification review, examination and physical examination; ⑤ According to the examination results, inspection and physical examination results, the recruitment agency puts forward the list of persons to be hired and publicizes it; 6. After the expiration of the publicity period, the central level recruitment agency will report the list of persons to be hired to the central civil servant department for the record, and the local recruitment agencies at all levels will report the list of persons to be hired to the provincial or municipal civil servant department for examination and approval; (7) Probation period and training, in which the probation period for newly recruited civil servants is one year. Those who pass the probation period will be hired, and those who do not meet the requirements will be dismissed.
(2) Recruitment procedures for civil servants in special positions. With the approval of the competent department of civil servants at or above the provincial level, civil servants who employ special positions may simplify the procedures or adopt other assessment methods.
Qualifications for civil servants
Conditions for applying for civil service: (1) China nationality; (2) At least 18 years old; (3) Supporting the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC); (4) Having good conduct; (5) Having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally; (6) Having the educational level and working ability that meet the post requirements; (seven) other conditions prescribed by law. In addition to the above conditions, civil servants applying for the exam should also have the qualifications stipulated by the competent department of civil servants at or above the provincial level.
Principles of recruiting civil servants
(1) The principle of openness, equality, competition and merit-based admission must be implemented in the recruitment of civil servants, and the method of combining examination and assessment should be adopted according to the standard of having both ability and political integrity. (2) Article 24 of the Civil Service Law stipulates that the following persons shall not be employed as civil servants: ① those who have been criminally punished for crimes; (2) Having been expelled from public office; (3) there are other circumstances in which the law stipulates that it is not allowed to be employed as a civil servant.
