Its essence is that all the teaching staff of the school take the responsibility of moral education guidance for individual students, form pairs with students on the basis of two-way choice, carry out regular and long-term personalized education according to students' ideological behavior, personality characteristics and knowledge ability, and become teachers of moral education for students.

2. According to the students' reality in our school, the students who guide the work of moral education counselors in our school mainly consider the following categories: students who often violate discipline, have learning difficulties, have psychological obstacles, have a single-parent family or a broken family, lack of family education or have poor families.

3. The responsibilities of the tutor. Tutors not only care about the students being guided in thought, life and study, but also carry out targeted education according to the students' reality. For example, master the thoughts and performances of students with bad behaviors, educate and guide them in a targeted manner, urge and encourage them to help them establish correct people.

Outlook on life, develop good behavior habits; For students with learning difficulties, give guidance on learning attitudes and methods to help them build their self-confidence in learning and improve their ability to acquire knowledge; Reasonable psychological counseling for individual students with psychological barriers; Provide necessary help to students who lack family education and have poor families in terms of ideology, life and economy.
