The construction of school culture is a hot topic in the process of school management reform. One of the important reasons why school culture is so concerned is that the competition between schools has developed from scale and quantity to cultural quality, or software competition. Culture has become an important symbol of a school's comprehensive strength and a decisive factor in its rise and fall. In my opinion, principals should manage school culture from three aspects: material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture. (A) people-oriented, creating a school material culture that sparkles with humanistic spirit. Students are subtly educated and edified by reading catchy words, and consciously take developing good behavior habits as their inherent requirement. (2) Considering from both sense and reason, the construction of humanistic institutional culture can promote the development of campus material culture and spiritual culture, which is the framework of campus culture. The culture of the principal management system should follow the following four points: 1. The rules and regulations formulated by the school must comply with the relevant provisions of national laws and regulations, and the design of management system should reflect the ethical concern for people and follow the law of educational development. 2, the school management system should fully carry forward democracy, brainstorming, and truly make the management system reflect the spirit of "from the masses". I think principals should manage teaching from the following five aspects: (1) Establish a normal teaching order. School teaching management largely depends on the establishment of normal teaching procedures. (2) The development of teaching practice. Including the formulation of teaching procedures for teachers and learning procedures for students. For example, the daily teaching management of our school has formulated the following three systems: 1, strengthening the quality of lesson preparation, improving classroom efficiency, and demanding quality in 40 minutes.
