2. First, select the outline in WPS view for better operation later.
3, and then click on the reference, and then select, directory level.
What I want to explain here is the problem of directory level; First of all, we know that there are differences between the first-level directory, the second-level directory and the third-level directory in the text, such as abstraction, and then the first big point and the second big point belong to the first-level directory, and the classification under each big point belongs to the second-level directory, and so on.
4. After defining the directory level, we need to classify the directories at all levels here. The specific operation is to select a first-level directory first, and then mark it as a first-level directory.
Note that all the first-level directories in the article should be marked like this.
5. Similarly, all secondary directories need to be marked as shown in the above figure, as shown in the following figure:
6. After marking all directory levels (be sure to mark all directory levels), then return to the page under the view, and then select Insert Directory under Reference. These two steps are shown in the figure below.
7. In the pop-up dialog box, make the following settings:
Note: If there are only two levels in the directory, level selection 2 will be displayed; If there are three levels, level selection 3 will be displayed, and so on. Other options default, or set according to school regulations, and so on.
8. After the setting is completed, we click OK directly, and then WPS will automatically generate a directory page.
