We often say that "parents are children's first teachers", but today, the creation of kindergarten environment, which people have always attached importance to, has been promoted to an important position and is known as "children's third teachers"! A good kindergarten environment should be three-dimensional, colorful and attractive silent teaching materials. However, after many visits and studies, I found that there are many problems in the process of establishing some kindergartens:
First, only for beauty, emphasizing the decoration of the environment. Some kindergartens have exquisite and high-grade murals hanging on their walls. These "high above", lack of childlike interest and innocence, too adult "fine" can not attract children's attention and interest. How can this meaningless wall decoration serve children as the main body of environmental education? Obviously, it is totally unreasonable to match with children who are only about one meter tall, which will make our educational subjects lose an opportunity to receive education in vain. No matter how beautiful the wall decoration is, it can only be a decoration beyond the children's vision.
Second, the form is single, ignoring children's participation. Kindergarten environment layout should create a beautiful and happy atmosphere, so as to stimulate children's emotions and make them like to associate with people, things and things. However, some teachers have created an environment of blind pursuit of formal beauty. In order to prevent children from being "destroyed", some teachers insist on only watching and not moving, which has become a flashy stop. In this way, there is a serious lack of content and opportunities for children to participate in activities.
Third, it remains unchanged and ignores the educational nature of environmental creation. In order to save time and effort and save decoration expenses, some teachers only do environmental layout once a semester or even a year, regardless of whether their own layout is educational, whether it has lost its timeliness or not, whether it has been "eclipsed", making it a "permanent decoration" and taking it as a good way to save materials. In fact, due to the lack of variability, it can't deliver fresh educational information to children in time. Over time, children will lose their original interest in it and turn a blind eye.
Then, how can we play the educational role of environmental creation activities, strive to create an environmental atmosphere suitable for theme activities, and let environmental creation become the third teacher of children? Our garden attaches great importance to environmental creation, and regularly or irregularly organizes all teachers to actively carry out environmental creation competitions. Through continuous exploration and study, I also found some creative experience:
1, let children and their works blend into the environment and make environmental science artistic.
Every child's work is the crystallization of their wisdom. To this end, I will design different styles of pages in advance according to the types of my friends' works in each activity. When the children's works are finished, I will guide the children to paste the marked works in the appropriate position. When all the works are posted, a unique layout will be formed. For example, in the children's work Sunflower in the middle class, I first made the trunk of a big tree with cardboard, then made two or three beautiful butterflies with colored cardboard, and then instructed each child's flowers to stick around the trunk in an orderly way, and a layout that condensed the wisdom of all children was completed. The children are very excited to see their work become a "sun flower tree". They constantly appreciate and discuss each other, and unconsciously integrate individuals into the collective, which not only shows themselves, but also shows the success of others.
2. Let the environment change with the seasons.
In different seasons and seasons, the surrounding environment will change constantly. By changing different environments, children can feel the change and change of seasons. For example, when spring comes, let children observe and feel spring through outdoor activities, and then do activities. Children will paint and cut and paste related works according to what they see, hear and think. "Black tadpoles, swallows with scissors, tender grass, yellow winter jasmine, and the gurgling river water after the ice and snow melt" ... Everyone's works are combined to form a beautiful picture of spring. Similarly, pink lotus blooms in summer, green trees and red flowers, fruitful autumn, yellow leaves fluttering, snowy winter and vast land, which is the focus of environmental layout. These excellent works with obvious seasonal characteristics make children clear at a glance and remember them deeply because of their personal production experience.
3. Make the regional environment alive.
In regional activities, provide children with rich semi-finished and finished materials, and put in rich materials related to the theme. Choose the content that children can see, touch and be interested in, and put it in areas, natural corners and other environments to satisfy children's curiosity and desire to explore things around them. For example, the Science Zone has collected many interesting induction toys, car toys and wind-up toys. Children's concept of science is abstract. When they sow science with their own hands, the teachers need not say much, and the children will gain a lot. A large number of scientific and technological books are placed in the library area, and books, pictures and information photos of celebrities and great men are placed. When the regional environment is living, an autonomous and relaxed cognitive environment is formed around children. Their thoughts progress in communication and their actions develop rapidly in cooperation, which is very conducive to cultivating children's scientific spirit and humanistic spirit.
Kindergarten environment is an important factor of children's explicit education and implicit expression, and it is an indispensable element of kindergarten education. We should take the creation of the environment as a part of the education process, strive to make every wall in the park speak and every corner play the role of environmental education, pay attention to turning decorative things into children's learning environment and static environment into dynamic environment, and stimulate children's interest in exploring the environment through the creation and arrangement of teachers and students. Beautiful, clean and vibrant garden environment encourages children to care for the environment. First of all, we should pay attention to children's age characteristics and age differences, and pay attention to creating a safe and hygienic living environment, so that children will feel safe and let go of their activities. Establishing a spiritual environment of equality, democracy, tolerance and support between adults and children will make children feel psychological security and freedom in the kindergarten environment, and feel the care, attention, acceptance and understanding among teachers, students and peers.

In outdoor activities, remind children to care for large toys, learn to recognize some slogans to protect the environment, and educate children not to climb and pick flowers, not to spit everywhere, and to keep the environment beautiful. When eating, educate children not to be picky about food and not to waste it, so that children can understand the benefits of food to the human body and the harm that waste will cause. The connection with nature is an important factor to promote children's ecological understanding, and the means to acquire environmental knowledge are: the natural society is our living teaching material. ? The active participation and cooperation of parents is a powerful guarantee for developing environmental education.
In practice, we deeply feel that it is not enough to carry out environmental education for young children only by kindergarten education, but also by the support and cooperation of parents and society. Therefore, in environmental and scientific education, we always pay attention to the use of parents' resources, provide opportunities for parents to participate in kindergarten education and teaching activities, and publicize and communicate with parents by means of kindergarten bulletin boards, family contact manuals, family bridges, wall layout and so on. To make parents know the importance of environmental education, so as to understand and support the environmental education work in our park.
Five, several problems to pay attention to
(1) Children's workers must enhance their sense of responsibility, urgency and consciousness in environmental education.
(2) Children's environmental education must organically combine the small environment of kindergartens with the social and natural environment.
(3) Children's environmental education must follow the law of children's physical and mental development, pay attention to the age characteristics of the educational objects, and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.
Through a series of environmental education activities, children not only broaden their knowledge, but also develop their creative ability in environmental education. Many games, experiments and operation activities in environmental protection activities organically combine conservation with teaching, learning with exercise, so that children are always in the passion of exploring new knowledge, and the good environment in the park makes children develop wholeheartedly.
