Through a series of financial analysis methods and techniques, this paper will comprehensively analyze the annual financial report of China CSG from 2006 to 2009, and specifically analyze the basic financial situation of CSG, such as profitability, operational capacity, solvency, development capacity and cash flow. From the perspective of financial quality analysis, we strive to fully understand the development ability and shortcomings of CSG, and combine the selected cases to build a comprehensive and reasonable financial quality analysis system to evaluate the financial situation of manufacturing enterprises. Finally, make a basic evaluation of CSG's financial situation and put forward corresponding improvement suggestions.

This paper uses a series of financial analysis methods and techniques to comprehensively analyze the three annual reports of SCG Holdings Limited from 2006 to 2009. The basic financial situation of SCG group is analyzed in detail from the aspects of profitability, operating ability, solvency, development ability and cash flow. This paper tries to find out the development ability and deficiency of SCG Group from the perspective of financial quality analysis. Combined with the selected cases, a completely reasonable quality financial analysis system is constructed to evaluate the financial situation of manufacturing enterprises. Finally, this paper makes a basic evaluation of the financial situation of SCG Group and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions.
