(2) Good

1. can correctly reflect the relevant policies of the party and the state, and can better use the knowledge related to this theory and specialty.

2. Being able to better connect with the actual work and correctly and comprehensively analyze the problems has certain reference function for guiding the actual work.

3. The center is clear, the arguments are sufficient, the levels are clear, the sentences are fluent, and the expression ability is good.

4. The materials are rich, the data are basically reliable, and it can be well processed and sorted.
