Key points of external wall insulation construction

After the primary wall is qualified, the insulation layer construction can be carried out. The specific construction technology is as follows: cleaning and leveling the base → hanging the control line → installing and looking for the cornice of the flat-bottomed pallet → preparing the materials and tools → preparing the bonding mortar → pasting the folded grid cloth → pasting the benzene board → checking and leveling → filling the board joints → polishing and leveling → installing decorative lines (making benzene boards) or framing joints → nailing and anchoring → acceptance of the insulation layer.

Grid cloth is laid horizontally, line by line from top to bottom, and laid in turn along the corner of the external wall; If it is an opening for windows and doors, stick a piece of 45 with a length of 300mm and a width of 200mm at the corner of the opening. Diagonal grid cloth. Steel mesh should be laid in the following parts: the ground floor is 2 meters away from the outdoor ground; Parts that may be subjected to impact force. Laying method of steel mesh cloth: first paste the steel mesh, then paste the standard mesh, and a layer of plastering mortar must be added between the steel mesh and the standard mesh. Grid cloth overlap: standard grid cloth overlap width ≥≥100 mm; ; Steel grid cloth shall not overlap and bend, and the grid edges shall be butted. The grid cloth at the corner should be laid continuously, and the package width should be ≥ 200 mm. Tickle joint treatment: on the surface where continuous construction is not possible, grid cloth with overlapping width ≥ 100mm should be reserved outside plastering mortar, and attention should be paid to keeping the grid cloth flat and clean for subsequent construction. Leveling and surface treatment: level the mortar with a trowel.

3. Precautions. First, each frame unit must be constructed at one time. It is forbidden to meet in one carriage. Secondly, when the construction is near the edge of the frame, it needs to be carefully treated. Don't put the newly applied mortar on the adjacent boards.
