Paper requirements: Two papers in the second-level journals must be published in the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Catalogue of Medical and Health Journals for the Evaluation of Advanced Professional and Technical Qualification of Health (Revised Edition in 2008) (Zhejiang Medical Management Center [2008] No.32), and the publication time is from the time of obtaining the professional and technical qualification to the time of reporting to the higher-level post on June 30 of that year.

3. Requirements for continuing medical education: After attending continuing medical education for five years, you must get 5- 10 points for Class I credits and 5-20 points for Class II credits every year. Credits cannot be calculated across years, and Class I and Class II credits cannot be substituted for each other. The national continuing education credits obtained within five years shall not be less than 10.

4. Examination: Take the man-machine dialogue examination of the talent exchange service center of the Ministry of Health, and the examination results are valid in that year.

Conditions for promotion to attending physician: 1, graduated from medical secondary school, worked in primary medical institutions at or below the county level, and worked as a doctor for at least seven years after obtaining the qualification of doctor; 2.
