With the joint efforts of all of you, our training ended successfully. In this training, Secretary Wang Guoliang made the first speech of "Being a qualified college student and adding elegance to the college". Mr. Pei personally took the lead in giving lectures, Mr. Shen took classes in spite of illness, and xu teacher also actively taught. All these have ensured the smooth progress of teaching work, and at the same time infected us students to study and practice more seriously.

The last class of this training is a discussion class on how to carry forward the fine tradition of China's * * * production party and successfully complete their studies. Teacher Shen personally organized the class, and everyone opened their hearts, actively discussed and expressed their voices. In order to ensure strict classroom discipline and high-quality teaching, strict attendance is implemented in this training, and the party constitution study group is managed by seats and districts. In addition, every class should be named one by one, and no one should be absent, leave early or be late. Those who are absent for more than three times will be disqualified from training and given corresponding criticism and education. Under the guidance of teachers, the efforts of party constitution team members and the active cooperation of students, the whole training process is permeated with a harmonious learning atmosphere. It has also achieved good results, with 97% attendance in class, 98% passing rate in exams and 82% excellent rate.
Harmonious atmosphere and classic teaching have inspired and educated students. Through the study, the students received a relatively complete and systematic ideological and theoretical education of the party, which further sublimated their understanding of the party and made us all worship and understand our party more! This strengthened our belief in joining the party. This training let us know that our party is the most advanced party in the world, with incomparable superiority and strong vitality. Under the leadership of the party, the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a harmonious society will be realized, and the great Chinese nation will be revived under the leadership of the party.
Although our training has achieved good results, we still have problems, such as too many students. I think, after filtering through time and practice, I will certainly be able to find gold from the sand and select the best students from the organization.
The party school of our department has well-organized training and standardized teaching work, which has been recognized by students and affirmed by teachers. We will continue to work hard to push the training work to the other extreme and complete the tasks assigned by the organization with good quality and quantity.
