1 Implement students' daily behavior norms
Although students have grown up, they have initially acquired the self-discipline ability of some daily codes of conduct, and in the past two years, they have received strict education on codes of conduct. But I think students' daily behavior norms are still an important educational content. First of all, students are rather loose-minded, thinking that after they get to higher vocational colleges, some rules can be relaxed and they don't have to be strict with themselves as before. Secondly, because the class place is transferred between different computer rooms and classrooms this semester, students themselves will also expose many problems. Therefore, in my work, I especially emphasize the implementation of students' daily behavior norms.
From morning reading discipline to going to bed in the dormitory, from recess hygiene to politeness; From students' gfd to the placement of class desks and chairs, these are not only opportunities to educate students in time, but also the foundation of class construction. I even think these are important contents of class culture construction. Of course, the implementation of these tasks has achieved good results, making the class construction develop steadily.
2 establish a team of class cadres
It can be seen that building an effective class cadre team is very important for a class teacher. As the saying goes, people don't walk without their heads, and birds don't fly without their heads. For a class, the construction of cadres is the key. Choosing a good class cadre is not only beneficial to class management, but also beneficial to the development of all students. Students who are class cadres will improve their abilities and qualities, such as caring for the collective, caring for others, being willing to contribute and being proactive. For class cadres, I first let them do a good job, fully trust them, and cultivate their self-confidence and working ability; At the same time, put forward, correct and guide the problems in their work in time, strive to establish prestige among students, and solicit their opinions at the same time. Under the organization of the monitor, we hold regular class management meetings to seriously discuss the work of the class and formulate the work priorities at different stages of the class. Now the management of class cadres has achieved initial results. For example, the class Committee responsibility system is adopted in health: the life Committee is responsible from Monday to Wednesday, and the health Committee is responsible on Thursday and Friday; They are responsible for checking the usual hygiene work and the hygiene situation of the class, and giving feedback to the teacher in time. The cadres on duty every day are responsible for all the work of the day, especially the health work in the class. 4. Establish a strong class learning atmosphere
Schools are places where students learn cultural knowledge. Therefore, the ultimate goal of class construction is to establish a strong class learning atmosphere. This is also the main purpose of vocational education, so that students can learn well and occupy a place in the future social competition. Every morning, students will consciously come to the classroom to study independently. From the first day of school, I began to strengthen students' awareness of learning. Although vocational education is not as heavy as the college entrance examination, it is also under pressure to varying degrees in the face of increasingly fierce competition in the social environment. Therefore, how to establish a positive class learning atmosphere is the key work. The head teacher is the ultimate implementer of this work. In my daily work, I pay special attention to classroom discipline and the supervision of homework completion. And use the time of the theme class meeting to discuss between classes to improve students' understanding of learning. Let more students actively participate in their studies. Actively contact teachers in all subjects, coordinate the educational strength in all aspects of the school, and play a good role as a link. I usually pay attention to educating students, making them polite, respecting teachers' work, establishing teachers' prestige and enhancing the friendship between teachers and students.
5. Strengthen management in all aspects.
On the one hand, I make full use of the weekly class meeting to carry out some special activities, such as honesty education, exchange of learning experience, collective and individual discussions, etc. These activities have greatly promoted the formation of a good style of study and class spirit. On the other hand, I have also strengthened the cultivation of students' self-management ability, which not only pays attention to guiding students to carry out self-education, but also enables students to make continuous progress on the basis of self-awareness and gradually form good ideological and behavioral qualities; We should also pay attention to guiding students how to manage themselves, cultivating students' various abilities, and letting them participate in various activities organized by the school, such as tug-of-war, knowledge contest, football league and so on.
On the other hand, I also set an example myself, trying to be a model for students and being diligent in following classes. Carefully evaluate students' attendance and their conduct every week; Go to the dormitory to learn about students' study and life, check and urge students to do a good job in the hygiene of classrooms, dormitories, individuals and public places, educate students to maintain campus environmental hygiene and take good care of public property. Feedback the students' situation at school to parents in time, communicate with parents, and make joint efforts to correct students' misconceptions and poor performance at school, which is an indispensable part of bringing a good class.
Facing the complicated modern society, with the increase of class hours and knowledge complexity, students may even feel confused and lose confidence in the future. Therefore, the management and counseling work of the class teacher will be more complicated and important.

In this class, the monitor found two students with poor discipline secretly playing with their mobile phones in the self-study class, so he confiscated their mobile phones and agreed to return them after school, and told them that this was their first crime and they would not report it to the class teacher. If they committed another crime, they would report it. Since then, the two students have never played mobile phones in class again. This incident reflects the management ability and art of the monitor. We can only rely on such class cadres to manage such a thing, and the class teacher can't always pay attention to it.
Secondly, we should teach class cadres some management methods, because improper management will only make things more difficult to control. The discipline of the new self-study class was not ideal at first, so the author took relatively severe measures to suppress those students with poor discipline. Later, the class discipline inspection commission suggested to the author that the management effect may be better if it is changed. So the author asked the disciplinary Committee to manage the discipline of the self-study class. After a few weeks, the discipline of the self-study class really improved.
3. Effectively guide and improve students' ideological and moral level.
As we all know, thought is the original motive force of all human behaviors, and the ideological and moral level determines individual behaviors. The head teacher should let the students know how to be accepted by others and how to get along with others better, so as to survive, progress and develop more easily in the future social life. 4. According to the actual situation of students, targeted management.
