Dian Lun is Cao Pi's academic work, and the whole book has been lost, among which the Thesis is the only one that has been completely preserved. The "text" mentioned here is an article in a broad sense, including literary works. It is China's first special paper on literary criticism, involving several very important issues in literary criticism. Although a little rough, it occupies an important position in the history of literary criticism. First of all, it is worth noting that it attaches importance to the value of literature: "building articles, governing the country, and immortal events." The years of life sometimes come to an end, and glory stops there. Both will reach a normal period, not endless articles. "Ancient Confucianism had the theory of" Three Immortals ",and one of them was" Li Yan "(see Zuo Zhuan). But this mainly refers to political and ethical works, which has little to do with literature. Cao Pi's "articles" include poems and fu. In fact, literature, especially lyric literature, is hard to say what is a "great cause of statecraft", but Cao Pi's promotion of literature to an equal position with traditional classics is of course meaningful to the prosperity of literature. Several problems involved in this paper are as follows: firstly, comment on Seven Chapters of Jian 'an and point out its advantages and disadvantages; Secondly, when discussing literature and criticizing writers, the concept of "literary spirit" is put forward, which holds that "literature is dominated by qi, which is clear and turbid and cannot be forced." "There are also people who say that Xu Gan is upright and Kong Rong is upright. By qi, he generally refers to the temperament of a writer. Writers have different temperaments, so their works have different styles. The third is about the difference in style: "Fu Wen is the same but different at the end, the cover is elegant, the book style is reasonable, the inscription is realistic, and the poetry is beautiful." "It is said that the characteristic of poetry and fu is' beauty', which not only reflects the new atmosphere of Jian 'an literature, but also indicates the general trend of literature since then. These aspects, that is, the writer's comments, the relationship between the writer's temperament and the style of his works, and the distinction of styles, are all important topics in future literary criticism.
