2. Practice thinking through writing. After studying, I will also use writing to sort out my thoughts, strengthen my understanding, integrate all kinds of knowledge and gradually upgrade my thinking. Writing is equal to the arrangement of self-thinking. Taking the time to construct an article that others can understand is actually training your thinking ability and organizational ability.
3. Guide thinking by asking questions. Thinking needs guidance, and self-questioning is a good way. When you ask yourself questions, you don't just ask one question, but keep asking. In the process of asking yourself questions, I suggest you actually write them down (either in words or in graphics) to visualize your thinking. For example, when reading an idea, you can ask yourself: Why did the author cut in from this angle? How did the author come to this conclusion? What are the shortcomings of this conclusion? How can I write better?
4. Understand structured thinking when explaining ideas to others. For example, using the logic output mode of PREP is simply: say the conclusion (P) first, then the reason or basis that supports the conclusion (R), then the concrete example that can support the conclusion (E), and then reiterate the conclusion (P).
5. Practice your thinking ability by "combing movies". Most people prefer watching movies. In this case, we might as well spend a little time combing the plot and main line of the movie after watching it (suspense, science fiction, crime movies or books are better, because they all test your thinking, especially logical thinking).
6. Learn some mnemonics and mnemonics. The purpose of learning memory methods is not necessarily to remember, but also to help us exercise brain tools. Because in the process of training memory, we need to give full play to the ability of imagination and association, and convert numbers, words and images back and forth, which has a certain exercise effect on our logical thinking and image thinking. For example, I just mentioned the training of "code location memory, playing card memory and mind map memory" in the "Eagle Speed Reading Memory Training Software". If necessary, or if you have time and interest, you can practice.
