Leonardo da Vinci officially started his independent art career in Milan on 1482. He first created the altar painting Madonna in the Rock, and soon created the most famous mural The Last Supper (1495- 1497). He also spent 12 years creating a huge bronze statue for the ruler of Milan, but unfortunately the war was not completed. At the same time, he also writes papers on art and science.
1499 Leonardo left Milan and returned to Florence. On the one hand, he is engaged in engineering design, on the other hand, he continues to engage in painting creation. 1503 painted a large mural "The Battle of Angalli" for the conference hall of Vecchio Palace in Florence. The most famous portrait "Mona Lisa" was also completed in Florence.
