Li Shutao, male, Han nationality, born in June, 1972, born in Linghai, Liaoning Province. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of Hunan University Party Committee, vice president, professor and doctoral supervisor. Distinguished professor was selected as the "Changjiang Scholar" Award Program of the Ministry of Education, the leading talent of scientific and technological innovation in the National "Ten Thousand Talents Program", the member of the Information Department of the Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Education, the executive director of China Image and Graphics Society, and the vice chairman of Hunan Automation Society.

He has been engaged in research work in the fields of image processing, information fusion and pattern recognition for a long time, and has successively undertaken more than 20 national and provincial projects such as the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, won 2 second prizes for national scientific and technological progress, 2 second prizes for natural science of the Ministry of Education 1, 2 second prizes for scientific and technological progress of Hunan Province 1, and 1 first prize for teaching achievements of Hunan Province 1.

He has published more than 200 papers in authoritative academic journals and conferences at home and abroad, including 78 papers included in SCI, highly cited papers 1% 1, hot papers 1‰2, authorized national invention patents 12 and 6 software copyrights.

Graduated from Hunan University majoring in automation in June, 1995.
