1. After the graduate students finish the first draft of their dissertations, the graduate students themselves apply for pre-examination and pre-defense of their disciplines and majors.
2. The tutor or discipline organizes the pre-defense team according to the research direction and thesis characteristics of graduate students. The master's degree consists of 3 to 5 graduate tutors or experts with senior titles.
3. Before the defense, two or three members of the defense team will pre-examine the paper, point out the shortcomings and problems in the paper, and put forward suggestions for improvement.
4. After pre-examination and revision, the graduate degree thesis is reported in the form of formal defense, and the time for graduate report is 20 to 30 minutes.
5. The pre-defense team adopts the method of appraisal, and after passing the pre-defense, failing to pass the pre-defense or passing the pre-defense, it makes a resolution that needs to be revised. In case of dispute, the decision shall be made by secret ballot.
6. Before the defense, the team will fill in the opinions in the Registration Form for Modifying the Postgraduate Thesis of Henan University before the defense, and the respondent will keep the electronic version and the paper version.
7. When the respondent submits the blind trial materials, it shall submit the pre-defense information form together.
