2. Click Insert, and options such as pictures, shapes and text boxes will appear.

3. Click the shape.

4. After clicking the shape, graphics such as text boxes and arrows will appear. The figure is round and square, and the arrow is straight and curved. There are also graphics and connectors that graphics want to connect.

5. Right-click the insert drawing and select Add Text to add text.
