193 1 After graduating from the Agricultural College of Shanghai National University of Labor, Qin Hanzhang studied agronomy, microbiology and brewing successively at the Higher Agricultural College of St. Brussels University in Belgium, the Botanical College of Brussels University in Belgium and the Fermentation College of Berlin University in Germany. Qin Hanzhang is an international student in boxer indemnity, and his history of humiliation and tears aroused his patriotic feelings. Qin Hanzhang is honorary president of Liquor Professional Association of China Food Industry Association and honorary director of China Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute. Experts who have made outstanding contributions in the country enjoy special government allowances. In 2007, China Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute awarded Qin Hanzhang the Lifetime Achievement Award. He is a deputy to the Third, Fifth and Sixth National People's Congress.

Professor Suoying has long been concerned about and studied the nutrition and health of liquor, and has written many academic papers and works related to liquor. 1992, she attended the first international conference on distilled spirits in Konnek, France, and published a paper entitled "Nutrition and Health of China Liquor", which attracted the attention of foreign scholars.
