At present, 6,599 household biogas digesters have been built in Haikou, with 4/kloc-0 large and medium-sized biogas digesters, and 20,000 mu of "pig-biogas-crop" eco-agricultural base has been promoted, with the annual saving of household biogas reaching 1.20 yuan. Biogas circular economy has become the "locomotive" to drive Haikou's agricultural growth and increase farmers' income.
In recent years, animal husbandry in Haikou, especially large-scale farms, has developed rapidly. At present, 26 large and medium-sized pig farms with an annual output of more than 5,000 pigs have been built, and large pig farms with an annual output of more than 1000 pigs have been built 103. The municipal financial arrangement is 25.77 million yuan, and the financial arrangement of each district is10.09 million yuan, which ensures the smooth completion of the rural biogas construction plan in the city.
In August last year, Liben Village, Hongqi Town, qiongshan district built the first standardized farming community in the province, with a total area of 0.38 million square meters, which drove farmers to raise more than 5,000 pigs annually, with an investment of 6.5438+0.85 million yuan. Three medium-sized biogas digesters with a total volume of 360 cubic meters and two liquid storage tanks with a total volume of 200 cubic meters were built, and pipelines were laid for unified gas supply, benefiting 654.38+0 households in the village.
The village raised more than 20,000 yuan to buy two biogas slurry transport vehicles, which transported biogas slurry to the field head for farmers to irrigate bananas, lychees and other crops, and the effect of increasing production was remarkable. At present, four fruit production bases in Haikou have adopted this model to build medium-sized biogas digesters.
The litchi base in Longsheng Orchard, Hongqi Town, qiongshan district covers an area of more than 200 mu, and there are more than 800 pig farms. In March 2004, Zhou Shufeng, the owner of the garden, invested 38,000 yuan to build a biogas digester with a volume of 100 cubic meter, which supplied gas centrally through pipelines and built a 200 cubic meter liquid storage tank. Biogas slurry is input into the liquid storage tank, and then a plastic pipe is drawn out from the liquid storage tank and introduced into the litchi orchard. Comprehensive utilization of biogas slurry to develop pollution-free litchi planting has remarkable benefits. After biogas slurry and biogas residue are all used in the base, the annual income increase and expenditure reduction will reach more than 654.38+10,000 yuan.
Luoniushan Company invested 9.8 million yuan in its large-scale intensive pig farm and built five large-scale biogas comprehensive utilization projects, with a pool capacity of 5,900 cubic meters and centralized gas supply for 460 households. Among them, the large-scale biogas power generation project jointly built by 60 thousand piglet farms and mechanized pig farms was connected to the grid in September last year, with an annual power generation capacity of 560 thousand kWh and an annual power generation income of more than 6.5438+0.5 million yuan.
Last year, Haikou also supported Hongqi Middle School in qiongshan district and Xinmin Primary School in Longtang Town to build pilot and demonstration projects of medium-sized biogas with a volume of 50 cubic meters 100 cubic meters, benefiting more than 200 faculty and students.
