Fault analysis and maintenance method analysis of forklift hydraulic system
Forklift is an industrial handling vehicle, which refers to various wheeled handling vehicles used for loading and unloading pallet goods, stacking and short-distance transportation. ISO/TC 1 10 is called industrial vehicle. It is often used to transport large objects stored, usually driven by fuel engines or batteries.

The technical parameters of forklift are used to express the structural characteristics and working performance of forklift. The main technical parameters are: rated lifting weight, load center distance, maximum lifting height, portal inclination, maximum driving speed, minimum turning radius, minimum ground clearance, wheelbase and wheel track, etc.

Forklift truck commonly used systems are: braking system, driving system, lifting system, hydraulic system, steering system, and these five systems are generally prone to failure. Here, we will introduce the treatment methods of three common faults.

Common faults of braking system and their solutions;

The first and second wheels cannot be braked at the same time. The reasons for the failure are as follows:

1, gap between two brakes is not equal or brake pipe is blocked. Adjust the gap between the two brakes or dredge the pipeline;

2. If the brake drum has oil stain or the brake shoe is deformed, the solution is to remove the oil stain or repair or replace the brake shoe;

3. There is air in the brake pipeline, and the solution is to eliminate the air in the brake pipeline.

Second, the handbrake failed, probably because the handbrake steel wire was slack. The solution is to adjust the tightness of the hand brake steel wire.

Three, brake failure, analysis of the causes are:

1, the gap between brake drum and brake shoe is too large, and the solution is to modulate the gap between brake drum and brake shoe;

2, brake master cylinder inlet and outlet valve failure, the solution is to repair the inlet and outlet valve;

3, the brake friction plate is excessively worn, and the treatment method is a better friction plate;

4. The contact surface of friction plate is not enough. The solution is to repair the friction plate.

Common faults of transmission system and their solutions;

First, the clutch slips or does not separate, and the failure causes are analyzed as follows:

1. There is oil stain on the friction plate or the friction plate is damaged. The solution is to clean the friction plate or replace it.

2. The combined state of the release bearing is pressed on the release lever. The solution is to shorten the length of the cylinder assembly push rod;

3. The free travel of the release bearing is too large. The solution is to adjust the push rod in the cylinder assembly to a longer length;

4. There is air in the oil circuit. The solution is to exhaust the air in the oil circuit;

Second, the gearbox has abnormal sound for the following reasons:

1. Excessive gear wear or bearing damage. The solution is to replace the gear or bearing;

2. There are sundries in the gearbox, and the solution is to eliminate them.

Common faults of hoisting system and their solutions;

First, when the rack is tilted, it is out of synchronization. Analyze the cause of the failure, which is caused by the inconsistent stroke of the two inclined cylinders or the inconsistent size of the intercepting hole at the joint of the cylinders' pipelines. The solution is to adjust the stroke of two tilting cylinders and replace the joint with the same intercepting hole.

Second, the gantry cannot be lifted when it is empty. This is because the overflow hole of the multi-way valve is blocked, and it is enough to remove the debris from the overflow hole of the multi-way valve.

Third, the mast descends too fast. This is because the speed limit valve at the oil inlet doesn't work. This only needs repairing.

Fourthly, the fork rod automatically descends, which is caused by insufficient hydraulic oil in the oil cylinder. The solution is to repair the multi-way valve and add hydraulic oil.
