The construction of class system is an important part of class culture construction. A good class collective depends not only on students' consciousness, but also on some necessary management systems to overcome the randomness of students' behavior, spur them to fall behind and encourage them to advance. However, the formulation and implementation of class management system must pay attention to science, respect students' opinions and conform to students' reality, so as to truly exert its positive educational effect. Makarenko believes that "discipline should not only be regarded as a means of education." It is less arbitrary than managing people, but it gives students more early warning awareness and self-management ability. Of course, my management is not to restrain students, but to regulate students, and the system itself is a culture. The first thing to be solved is to make students accept the system and guide them to think: what kind of class do you want to live in? Everyone has weaknesses. Do you need to overcome them? Do you need to make class rules to achieve the above two points? Then according to the actual situation of the class, mobilize students to participate in the formulation of the class management system of the class.
