Based on scientific and technological practice, a scientific and technological paper is a summary of scientific and technological activities through analysis and induction, deductive reasoning, analogy and imagination, and abstract generalization, and draws conclusions such as new laws, new theories and new assumptions with universal popularization significance.
Guiding students to write small scientific papers is a general method to guide students to explore, understand and learn scientific research, and an effective way to improve students' scientific and technological quality and cultivate innovative talents.
I have been engaged in scientific and technological activities counseling since 1997, and I have made some attempts and explorations on how to guide students to write scientific and technological papers, and achieved some results.
Among more than 10 scientific papers that I instructed students to complete, they won the second prize of the state, the first prize of Guangxi, the third prize of kloc-0/0, and 6 articles at the prefecture level.
Now I will briefly introduce my shallow understanding and experience as follows for the reference of my peers.
First, raise awareness, stimulate interest, and eliminate the mystery of small scientific papers.
First of all, insist on infiltrating science and technology education into classroom teaching to cultivate and improve students' scientific and technological quality.
When preparing lessons, we should emphasize scientific and technological knowledge when choosing teaching content, and enrich the latest research results of this subject into teaching content in time.
Reform educational concepts and teaching methods, and attach importance to the training of scientific research methods and the education of science and technology history.
For example, when studying the properties of iron and introducing the important uses of α-Fe2O3 and γ-Fe2O3 in recording materials, students are often enthusiastic and feel that science and technology are not far away from them, thus enhancing their awareness of science and technology.
Secondly, through lectures, blackboard newspaper, science and technology knowledge contest, science and technology reading note contest, science and technology handwritten newspaper contest and other activities, students can fully understand the rapid development of science and technology and its great influence on the comprehensive national strength of all countries in the world.
For example, 1997, the students I tutored won the 1 second prize, the third prize, the third prize, the fifth prize, and the third prize, 12, and I was awarded the title of excellent counselor in the national normal school chemistry popular science contest. In July, 2000, all the students I directed got excellent results in the first science and technology art festival competition of Guangxi Normal University. In February 2000, in the second national chemistry popular science competition in normal schools, 1 students I tutored won the first prize, 2 second prizes, 8 third prizes, 38 first prizes and 38 second prizes in Guangxi1students, and I was awarded the title of national excellent counselor.
These achievements have greatly stimulated students' interest and enthusiasm for scientific and technological activities.
Third, introduce some short and pithy excellent scientific papers to students, and unveil the mystery of scientific papers.
For example, in connection with the actual life, this paper introduces the scientific and technological papers that won the first prize in China, such as Observation and Investigation of Water hyacinth purifying sewage, Ginkgo biloba rapid cultivation experiment, and the experiment of music's influence on the growth and development of some plants. Combined with the teaching content, this paper introduces some scientific and technological essays, such as turning waste into treasure, using citrus peel as a silver mirror reaction, wonderful use, thistle grass to solve tobacco poison, and the mystery of rice seedling withering.
These easy-to-understand examples show that the writing of scientific papers is not unfathomable and unattainable, and also provide a good example for students to write scientific papers.
Second, combined with reality, choose the writing theme of scientific papers
First of all, guide students to choose topics they are familiar with and interested in.
When we instruct students to write small scientific papers, we should let them choose their own topics and select good topics that students are interested in and can complete independently.
Most of the students in our school come from rural areas, and the goal of school training is primary school teachers.
Therefore, my requirements and principles for guiding students to choose topics are: facing primary schools, based on rural areas, serving rural areas, and choosing familiar and interesting topics around them.
For example, the award-winning scientific and technological papers I directed, such as Running Water Irrigation-Experiment on High Quality and High Yield of Horseshoe, Experiment on Prevention and Control of Fruit Bat with Dragon Eye Mask Net, and Investigation on Oil Camellia Anti-Brick Factory Pollution, were all selected by students from their familiar production and life, and their practical achievements played a positive role in promoting rural economic development.
For example, the result of "running water irrigation-high quality and high yield experiment of horseshoe" can increase farmers' income by more than 500 yuan per mu, which has been widely popularized in students' hometown and was popularized by the first edition of Guangxi Science and Technology News on August 26, 2000.
The experimental conditions based on the topics selected in rural areas are simple and feasible, and suitable for future students.
