In modern society, the family concept bound by blood relationship is no longer as strong as in the past, and the emotional and moral status is gradually prominent. With the increase of social communication, social relations are no longer confined to a small scope, and the role of the family seems to have decreased, but as the basic unit of society, it is still playing an important role. Second, the support point of moral family and marriage

Family ethics refers to the principles and norms to adjust the relationship between family members. Family morality has different contents in different social forms: husband and wife love each other, share the same interests, respect the old and love the young, raise and educate their children, respect their parents, care for their brothers and sisters and so on. The core of family relationship is the relationship between husband and wife. If every family can abide by family ethics, achieve harmony between husband and wife, respect the old and love the young, then the whole society can be free from worries and lay a solid foundation for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Throughout history, we can easily find that family moral construction is a historical category with different connotations under different historical conditions. In feudal society, male parents were in an absolute dominant position, men were superior to women, and three obedience and four virtues were common precepts. Men have the freedom to divorce their wives, while women have no right to divorce their husbands. Men can remarry, women can't remarry. It is recorded in the Monument to the Core of Dai Dai's Life: "Women have seven ways to go: disobeying their parents, not having children, going whoring, being jealous, getting sick, talking too much and stealing." These seven things were clearly stipulated in the codes of Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, and became tools for oppressing women. Feudal morality requires women to be absolutely loyal to men, wives to be loyal to their husbands, and husbands to stay awake after death. The ethical norms of husband and wife are embodied in the ritual system. The Book of Rites Marriage Righteousness stipulates: "Those who get married are in line with the interests of the two surnames, serve the ancestral temple and inherit it for future generations." The purpose of marriage is only to connect the interests of two families, to carry on the family line, to worship ancestors, and the feelings and happiness of both husband and wife are not considered here.

In modern society, with the gradual establishment of the socialist market economic system, people's free development space has been continuously expanded, people's dominant position has been established, people's personality has been fully liberated, the original closed concept has been broken, and ideas such as freedom, equality and democracy have entered the family, which has promoted the development of family ethics and moral culture in the direction of civilization. Performance: self-awareness, free love, independent marriage; The concepts of equality between men and women, equality between young and old, equality between husband and wife and equality among family members are deeply rooted in the hearts of the people; Paying attention to the quality of marriage and pursuing a high-level love life are regarded as the value orientation of achievement and maintaining marriage. But at the same time, the mainstream of civilized families is also mixed with a lot of undercurrents of decadent family ethics, which leads to the ambiguity of family ethics and the contradiction of ethical behavior. Therefore, establishing a correct view of love is the guarantee of happiness and stability of marriage and family. The sexual demand of human beings has already developed from the natural instinct of animals to a basic social demand and social practice of human beings, and the relationship between men and women has already developed from a simple natural relationship for the continuation of species to a special social relationship based on sex, which has become a special way to realize the social essence of humanity and human beings. Marx also profoundly revealed the essence of love, thinking that love can only be found in people who have evolved from animals. It is already a social need, a behavior, a social relationship and a manifestation of human nature. The formation of marriage and family "is it because of love and corresponding love, so any behavior that covets enjoyment, destroys other people's families and ignores morality should be condemned." Love is not fleeting. Once the two sides have established love, it is happiness to combine with each other, and separation is the greatest misfortune. But love is great and marriage is complicated. If you want to run a family well, you can run it well without high-profile rhetoric. Husband and wife need mutual tolerance, mutual understanding and mutual understanding. Another situation is not excluded here. When the two parties who love or even combine face the ebb and flow of love, they have to consider separation. Because the two sides of love do not live in a vacuum, with the change of life and the passage of time, people's feelings will change in one way or another. One or both parties don't love each other, or one party has a new love. Divorce is inevitable and conforms to the essence of love, morality and human nature. As Engels pointed out: "If only a marriage based on love is ethical, then only a marriage that continues to love is ethical. ..... If the feelings have really disappeared or been rejected by the new love, then let the divorce become a blessing for both parties and society. " Third, the guardian of law, family and marriage.

Marriage and family law has a long history. With the emergence of the country, the customs and prohibitions on marriage and relatives that have been formed for a long time in primitive society have been injected with new and class content, and have begun to be transformed into laws to adjust marriage and family relations. From the perspective of world history, marriage and family law has generally experienced ancient marriage and family law, modern marriage and family law in bourgeois countries and marriage and family law in socialist countries. In ancient China, the law on marriage and family was more detailed than the law. In slave society, the ceremony about marriage and family played a legal role, while in China feudal society, the adjustment of marriage and family relationship was combined with ceremony and law.

The marriage and family law in New China has undergone fundamental institutional changes. It abolished a series of unequal rules that violated women's dignity, such as patriarchal clan system, autocratic feudal arranged marriage with parents ignoring children's interests, polygamy of the exploiting class, and male-only divorce with "repudiation" as the main way, and established a socialist marriage system in which men and women are free to marry, monogamy, equal rights and protect the legitimate rights and interests of women and children. The Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China and the Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China also make detailed provisions on marriage, family relations and divorce. Every citizen should strictly abide by the Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China, earnestly practice the Marxist concept of love, and realize the legalization and ethics of the system, so that both husband and wife can proceed from emotional harmony and promote family harmony, thus ensuring the stable and harmonious development of socialist countries and promoting the all-round development of people and the sustainable development of society.
