In this paper, the growth status of aquatic plants in different water environments is analyzed, and the reasons for this situation are analyzed and discussed according to the actual test data, as well as some suggestions and solutions.

The vast waters-the distribution of water covers the whole earth, from the ice-covered polar regions to the scorching equator, from the streams around the school to the wonderful boundless ocean, from the surface waters to the depths of the water-are inhabited by a large number of creatures. Under the photosynthesis of surface water, primitive creatures are produced, and then they form a food chain step by step. Aquatic plants are closely related to the surrounding water environment, and they absorb a lot of nutrients from the water during their growth. As we all know, mineral nutrition conditions are one of the favorable factors affecting the development of phytoplankton in water. Obviously, because the mineral nutrients needed by Azolla are various chemical elements, the functions of these elements cannot be the same. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to summarize the basic laws of the influence of different water bodies on the growth of aquatic plants.

We selected four kinds of water bodies: raw water (collected water samples), mineral water (available in the market), nutrient solution (prepared according to the nutrients needed for plant growth) and distilled water, and analyzed the growth status of plants, which can help us better understand the aquatic plant Manjianghong, hoping to provide some reference for the cultivation of aquatic plants in relevant departments. It can also provide a basis for growers to choose water bodies, which has certain practical significance.

abstract

The growth of aquatic plants can not be separated from the surrounding aquatic environment, and plants need the surrounding water to provide nutrients to support their own growth and development. Taking Manjianghong, which is easy to survive and has obvious effect, as an example, we have artificially configured a variety of aquatic environments, regularly observed its growth effect, and determined the chlorophyll content of Manjianghong after growing in different water bodies. In this paper, the experimental results are systematically studied, summarized and summarized from many aspects, hoping to provide some reference for professional research in this field.

This paper is divided into three chapters:

Chapter 1: Materials and methods. The materials include the water samples required for setting different water environments, and the basic introduction of Manjianghong. Methods: Explain the experimental methods used in the whole experiment, such as the determination of chlorophyll.

The second chapter is the result and discussion. This part introduces the experimental results in detail and compares them with the expected results, trying to explore the reasons for this result.

Chapter iii feelings and experiences. As a freshman in senior high school, this topic selection experiment is our first observation experiment in biology for a long time. This chapter mainly states the new knowledge we have gained through this experiment and our feelings and experiences in many aspects during the whole research process.

First, materials and methods.

Plant Description: Manjianghong, scientific name Manjianghong.

Pteridophyte, belonging to Ericaceae, has obovate, oval or nearly round leaves with smooth edges and arranged in two rows. Spring turns green, summer turns reddish brown, and the roots are clustered and floating on the water. Its function is mainly driven by water flow or wind power, and it is often distributed in places with calm water surface (such as ponds and lakes). It is an excellent green fertilizer and can also be used as medicine.
