The reform of training operation mode is mainly to adapt to the change of basic training form under the condition of informationization, implement individual training by classification and grading, adjust the training cycle and stage division of troops, improve the system, mechanism and organization of joint training, and establish the operation mode of joint training for traction services and arms training.

The reform of training content is mainly to adjust the training outline according to the new training operation mode and continuously enrich the information training content.

The reform of training management is mainly to develop digital and networked training management means and strengthen the refined management of all elements in the whole training process; Improve the training evaluation mechanism, improve the training incentive mechanism, and promote the training performance to be linked to the vital interests of officers and men.

The reform of training guarantee is mainly to give full play to the role of information technology and information resources and promote the informatization of guarantee conditions; Adapt to the characteristics of training high technology, high investment and high consumption under the condition of informationization, and promote the intensification of security mode; In accordance with the requirements of standardization and institutionalization, promote the standardization of safety management.
