Everything seems to be handled properly. Why did you get a zero in the end? The officers and men of the battalion were somewhat wronged.
At the resumption review meeting, Li Chuan, the leader of the assessment team, explained the reason: the officers and men of the Fourth Missile Battalion were moved and dealt with forcefully, but the cadres with cars who were "seriously injured" when they were attacked by "enemy" artillery actually appeared in the search and rescue combat team again as members of the emergency detachment. Is this possible on the battlefield?
How can the "seriously wounded" return to the battlefield so quickly in the same battle? In the final analysis, this is a stylized and routine inertial thinking in the mind. The officers and men immediately discussed "what is actual combat and how to win this war."
The more you argue, the clearer it becomes. They give inferences about the phenomenon of being divorced from actual combat in training and assessment: when chasing the residual "enemy", you can lock the target at the beginning of search; When a siege is formed, the "enemy" is always easy to yield; When dealing with special circumstances, we can always "defeat the enemy with one move" ...
Based on this, the brigade sorted out more than 10 problems that are contrary to actual combat requirements, and formed a list and distributed it to each battalion. By discussing the training meeting, the brigade brainstormed, studied and formulated rectification measures, earnestly established the officers and men's awareness of actual combat, and beat the troops from difficulty to severity.
On the eve of the Spring Festival, the 4th Missile Battalion once again ushered in the assessment. In view of the weakness that the backbone of a company monitor is generally young and inexperienced, the assessment team sets questions in a targeted manner. After a launch vehicle detachment received the instruction that "the squad leader was killed", the vice squad leader immediately took over the command and led the whole class to complete the enemy combat simulation.
Walking down the examination field, Jiang Guangfu said with deep feelings: "Only by embedding the requirements of fighting into daily training and examination, and seeking and practicing the tricks of actual combat, can we practice the hard work of breaking the enemy."

If the skills and tricks practiced by officers and men do not match the actual combat requirements, the actual combat training results on the battlefield are still "zero". When deepening actual combat training at all levels, we must be alert to this "perfect" zero score.
Some people say that the "artillery baptism" in guidance is not as good as a scratch in actual combat. After all, the former is virtual and the latter is real. In order to connect the training ground with the battlefield to the greatest extent, we must first firmly establish the idea of officers and men fighting.
"Nine points are true, one point is put down, not true." Only by further correcting the guiding ideology of training, resolutely implementing the principle of consistency between war and training, setting the real situation as much as possible, and forcing the commanders and fighters to really prepare for the battle, can we truly achieve "fighting a battle, by going up one flight of stairs".
