For example, whether the paper conforms to the purpose and orientation of this journal, whether the manuscript has the basic elements of academic papers, whether it conforms to the publishing standards of academic papers, whether there is plagiarism, whether similar research has been published, and whether the value of the paper is in line with the purpose and reporting scope of this journal.
