Teacher's responsibility

Being a teacher is learning, and it is a wrong idea to look for a "golden house" from learning. As the old saying goes, "There is a golden house in the book, and there is Yan Ruyu in the book". You are not really asked to look for "gold" in the book, but to find a spiritual world as precious as gold.

Being a teacher means learning, that is, feeling the happiness of life, the happiness of education and the value of life from learning. Teachers should be responsible, and responsible people are trustworthy people. People, only with a sense of responsibility, will feel the value and significance of self-existence, and will find that there are so many things ahead that they need to take care of themselves. Without a sense of family responsibility, this family is doomed to be unhappy; If a person has no sense of responsibility for his work, his life is doomed to failure, even if you are smart, it is useless, because the world has proved that the most accomplished people are often not the smartest people, but those stupid people. From the perspective of teachers' professional ethics, whether you want to make some achievements or not, a teacher must have a strong sense of responsibility. Each teacher has to teach dozens or even hundreds of students. Learning is the highlight of students' life. It is a great misfortune to meet an irresponsible teacher.

A teacher with a sense of educational responsibility is, first of all, a person with a sense of responsibility for himself. We can't expect a person who is not responsible for himself to be responsible for students and schools, and to link his destiny with the future of the motherland. People are only young once. As teachers, they have a sense of responsibility to themselves. The most important action is to cherish your precious youth. Many people think that only by taking advantage of good times and having fun can we be worthy of this youth. As everyone knows, this is actually a waste of youth. No matter how rampant hedonism is, I still insist that teachers are teachers, and their characteristics of existence doomed them to be different from ordinary people. Only by this "difference" can teachers maintain their independence and dignity in the spiritual world.

If you have a sense of responsibility for yourself, you should have a clear understanding and planning of your educational life instead of being a teacher every day. Speaking of responsibility, it is inevitable to be responsible for students. In my opinion, developing yourself is the best responsibility for students. I sincerely feel that the greatest and best sense of responsibility for students is to develop themselves as soon as possible and become a mature professional teacher.
