Causes of flameout after ignition of internal combustion engine
There are many reasons for the flameout of the burner after ignition. The unstable gas source causes the flame to fluctuate and then the flame goes out. When the flame detector is not working, the flame detection probe is grounded or too dirty to detect normal flame, and flameout occurs. Circuit fault unstable power supply or lack of phase, resulting in flameout in the process.

After the power supply is turned on, the motor of the burner is started, and the circuit controls the generation of electric sparks between the ignition electrodes. After pre-blowing for about 13 seconds, the solenoid valve of the oil pump will automatically open, and the gas mist sprayed from the nozzle will be ignited by electric spark to form a flame.

The flame detector will feel the brightness of the flame, and then the controller will enter the locking state. Generally, the ignition electrode will stop ignition with a delay of about 15 seconds, and the burner will enter the normal working state.

Extended data:

If the ignition is unsuccessful, no flame can be formed, or the flame detector can't feel the brightness of the flame, after a safety time of about 10 second, the safety alarm system will operate, and the burner start-up program will be cut off, and the red light of the fault will be on.

When the internal combustion engine just starts working, if the flame detector has sensed the brightness, the safety system will act and the controller will no longer enter the normal program. At this time, the solenoid valve will not open and the nozzle will not spray oil. After a safe time of about 10 minutes, the fault red light will light up.

Therefore, when starting the burner in a bright place, it is necessary to cover the flame detector to prevent it from seeing light, and then release the flame detector immediately after the burner emits flame, otherwise the burner will not work normally. Restart the burner after the red light of the burner is on for 3 minutes.
