Jin Shuanggen, male, born in September, 1974, native of Anhui, Ph.D., Hundred Talents Program, researcher at Shanghai Observatory of Chinese Academy of Sciences, doctoral supervisor, and chairman of International Association of Geodesy (IAPS) 4.6 (201-2015).
