Teacher-student communication plays an irreplaceable role in middle school education management. If effective communication between teachers and students can be maintained in the process of education, then teachers can find students' learning and psychological problems in time and guide them correctly, which will greatly promote the improvement of teaching quality and teaching efficiency. Therefore, in order to improve the management level of middle school education, it is very necessary to find out the problems existing in the communication between teachers and students at present and put forward the methods to solve these problems.

First, the communication between teachers and students in middle school education management.

(1) Pay attention to exam-oriented education.

In the educational management of many middle schools, there is a problem of single management goal. Most teachers only pay attention to students' learning and exam results in the teaching process, which is often called exam-oriented education, while ignoring students' psychological education and quality education.
