Admission requirements: GPA 3.2+ TOEFL 105+GRE 1000+ (Chinese part 550)+ a thesis.
Berkeley's two-year master of journalism program is its dominant major, and its specific professional directions include newspaper news, magazine news, radio and television, new media, photo news, international reporting, environmental news, business news, urban news and so on. Very interested in work experience, it is difficult for freshmen to apply! Admission requirements: GPA 3.5+ TOEFL105+GRE1100+(oral English is not less than 580).
In addition to some basic requirements, journalism schools applying for such prestigious schools mainly look at work experience and internship experience. Some of my students have received full scholarships from some schools, such as Ohio University, usually partial scholarships.
