(2) Bachelor degree or above, working for more than 2 years, including 65,438+0 years of enterprise management, having accepted the standard hours of formal training for the deputy manager of this major and obtained the certificate of completion.

Manager (one of the following conditions)

(1) College degree (or equivalent), working for more than 8 years, including 5 years in enterprise management, and reaching the standard hours of formal training for operators in this major, and obtaining a certificate of completion;

(2) Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), working for more than 5 years, including more than 3 years in enterprise management, having received formal training of standard hours for operators of this major, and having obtained a certificate of completion;

(3) Master's degree or above, working for more than 3 years, including more than 2 years in enterprise management, having received formal training of standard hours for operators of this major and obtained a certificate of completion;

(4) Obtain the professional qualification certificate of the professional manager assistant, have been engaged in enterprise management for more than 3 years, have received the standard hours of formal training for the professional manager, and have obtained the certificate of completion.

Senior manager (meeting one of the following conditions)

(1) College degree (or equivalent), with more than 12 years of work experience, including more than 8 years of enterprise management experience, and received the standard hours of formal training for senior managers in this major, and obtained the certificate of completion;

(2) Bachelor degree or above, working for more than 8 years, including more than 5 years in enterprise management, having received formal training of standard hours for senior management personnel in this occupation, and having obtained a certificate of completion;

(3) Master's degree or above, with more than 6 years' working experience, including more than 4 years' working experience in enterprise management, having received the standard hours of formal training for senior managers in this profession, and having obtained the certificate of completion;

(4) Obtain the professional qualification certificate of the professional operator, have been engaged in enterprise management for more than 4 years, have received the standard hours of formal training for the professional senior operator, and have obtained the certificate of completion.

Evaluation method

Combination of self-study and face-to-face instruction. Autonomous learning refers to students' independent arrangement of learning according to pre-distributed teaching materials; Face-to-face teaching refers to students' concentrated study in class. The total time of self-study and face-to-face teaching is not less than the corresponding hours stipulated in the National Professional Standards for Business Operators. The examination is divided into theoretical knowledge examination, professional ability examination, comprehensive evaluation and thesis, all of which are written with a percentage system, and each item with a score of 60 or more is qualified.

Certificate issuance

Those who pass the examination can obtain the People's Republic of China (PRC) vocational qualification certificate of the corresponding level (assistant manager, manager and senior manager) issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.

Only the operator certificate issued by the human resources and social security professional qualification appraisal center belongs to the professional qualification certificate, in order to enjoy the relevant government subsidies and relevant policies! The certificate issued by the trade association is not a professional qualification certificate!
