As we have just entered the railway, internship is another important way for us to acquire knowledge besides studying. Generally speaking, we can learn the basic knowledge of driving safety through practice, so as to get more contact with locomotives, understand the structure and composition of locomotives and cultivate our working ability. At the same time, we should also cultivate our sense of responsibility. Think about the life and property behind you when you get on the bus. From a small point of view, practice enables us to combine the theoretical knowledge learned in school with the actual situation. At the same time, professional practice can exercise and cultivate our professional quality and ability, improve our practical ability and cultivate our spirit of hard work. According to the arrangement of the Education Department, 58 students from our college conducted crew practice in Jinan Locomotive Depot from February 10 to May 3 1.
Second, the content and process of internship
After we came to Yanzhou section, we first learned the locomotive operation safety standards and safety production law. In order to make us have a better understanding and understanding in the next study, under the leadership of Teacher Yang, we visited the workshop of operation, maintenance, monitoring, electrical and minor repairs. Through the visit, we have an intuitive understanding of what we will study and a certain understanding of our future work. Then, after passing the safety skills exam, arrange for us to carry out crew practice with the car. The main contents of the internship are as follows:
(1) In learning rules and regulations,
By studying the personal safety standards, technical regulations and working rules of locomotive operation, I understand that only the safety regulations stipulate the operation if I want to protect my personal safety at work. As a locomotive attendant, when the attendance value is multiplied, we should strictly follow the rules and regulations: before moving the train, we should do a good job in locomotive inspection and oil supply; When operating, observe carefully, whistle according to regulations, pay attention, and consider the safety of life and property for yourself and traction; When getting off the bus, pay attention to the line status and observe the terrain under the bus. Before the electric locomotive leaves the warehouse, it is necessary to check whether the switch position is normal, do a good job of high and low voltage test, whether the fan is in good condition and whether the air duct connection is normal. We should not cut corners in order to save time, laying a negative factor for the safety of passengers' lives and property.
(2) Brake
Brakes are essential for both locomotives and vehicles. When locomotives and vehicles are combined into a train, their respective systems are interrelated to form a unified braking system-train braking system. Others artificially generate train deceleration force, and by controlling the magnitude of this force, the process of train deceleration can be controlled or prevented from accelerating. The supply of this force is controlled by the inflation and deflation of the brake. Through the flushing and exhaust of the brake, the state of relaxation, braking and pressure maintenance is produced, which makes the train accelerate, decelerate and idle. Not only learned the basic knowledge of brakes, but also learned the components and their functions in brake operation, as well as the functions of brakes at the handle position and the inspection methods and items of "five-step braking" and "seven-step braking".
(3) Diesel engine
Diesel engine is the power system of diesel locomotive. There is no diesel engine, and the locomotive is just chasing scrap iron there. When I was studying diesel engine at school, it was very abstract. I practiced here for a while, and I was really surprised to see a real diesel engine in the workshop, which was quite different from what I expected. Through practice, understand and solve some basic faults of diesel engine, and be familiar with the composition of diesel engine and the functions of its components. Through the smoke emitted by the diesel engine during operation, I can judge the cause of the fault and the solution. Through the crew practice, I followed the diesel engine failures that the captain occasionally encountered and watched the captain skillfully solve the failures, which deepened my understanding of diesel engines. In addition, we also know the methods of diesel engine cylinder rejection, such as changing the combined oil, changing the broken carbon brush, changing the broken brake shoe and adjusting the gap between the brake piston and the brake shoe.
(4) Electric drive of diesel locomotive
The electric drive of diesel locomotive mainly controls large equipment through small buttons. I was deeply impressed by the locomotive's main circuit, control circuit, auxiliary circuit, excitation circuit and lighting circuit. Through years of experience, the teacher introduced us a lot of knowledge that is not available in books. It also tells the judgment method of locomotive circuit fault, the treatment method of circuit jump DZ fault and the judgment and treatment method of circuit grounding fault. In addition, we also arranged the simulation operation of locomotive electrical action test program, as well as the test program and content of running circuit under forward working condition and the test program and content of relay action in electrical box.
Finally, after we passed the safety skills exam, we arranged for our crew to practice.
Third, internship experience
1, achievements and gains
(1) First, their own quality has improved. Because although I only have more than three months of internship, I feel that my practical ability and communication ability are constantly improving. In the past, I always had no confidence in my work and was afraid of bringing trouble at the same time. Even if I know the working procedures and methods, I dare not try boldly. This is also one of my own shortcomings. And my communication. Before the internship, I was introverted and dared not say anything anywhere. But after more than three months of training, I feel that I have improved and made progress in these two aspects. At least I can and dare to talk with different people and express my views and suggestions on my work.
(2) Second, its own business level has been improved. During the three-month internship in the company, it was also a very difficult process to understand from the beginning through theoretical study, on-site education and crew practice. I majored in driving, so I feel that the value of motorcycles has doubled and I have benefited a lot. Through the value multiplication, the first crew working standard of locomotive crew is understood, including attendance, car picking, locomotive preparation, starting, trailer, starting preparation, locomotive operation, locomotive cold protection, (whistle, call, locomotive joint control, lookout), brake application and relay station shift change. At the beginning of the flight attendant's internship, the master told me: Look more and ponder more, ask if you don't understand, and don't have a little knowledge. It is not so easy to be a qualified flight attendant. When you get on the bus, you should consider the safety of the passengers and goods you are dragging. At that time, this sentence let me know that we must work hard, work hard and work hard again in the future to keep up with the pace of railway development.
(3) Third, I have a preliminary understanding of the work of train drivers, earnestly deepen the theoretical knowledge I have learned in the vocational education department, and begin to accumulate the details of the crew standards in my mind, seriously understand the professional qualities that a qualified train driver should have, actively cooperate with my driver's master's work, and do not affect his normal work. At the same time, I ask more knowledge in many fields and resolutely do not know or understand. And can draw inferences from others, can skillfully simulate the driving essentials under normal driving conditions in the brain, and can quickly and accurately reflect the solution under special circumstances, thus ensuring the safe and normal operation of the locomotive in the future official work.
2. Problems and shortcomings
After more than three months of internship, although I have made achievements in all aspects, there are still many shortcomings. Some problems need to be solved in time:
(1) Subjectively, I hope to know more and master business knowledge comprehensively, improve my business level, and strive to do it in my work. However, due to poor communication with colleagues, it has adversely affected myself and my work to a certain extent, so we must pay attention to and overcome it in the future;
(2) In theoretical study, my thoughts are not correct enough, and sometimes I don't feel the pressure, so it's easy to relax my demands on myself.
3. Countermeasures and suggestions
(1) In the future work and life, we should strengthen the study of our own business theory knowledge. No matter what work you do, you must have a solid theoretical foundation in order to better complete all the work in practice.
(2) The working methods need to be more solid and meticulous, and the principle and flexibility should be well combined to improve the professional level; There is no end to learning, and one's ability and level are limited. Only by continuous learning can we improve and improve. At work, I often feel lack of ability and knowledge, so I need to further improve my political and professional quality and theoretical level, improve my theoretical and practical level, so that I can successfully complete my job.
