(1) In learning rules and regulations,

By studying the personal safety standards, technical regulations and working rules of locomotive operation, I understand that only the safety regulations stipulate the operation if I want to protect my personal safety at work. As a locomotive attendant, when the attendance value is multiplied, we should strictly follow the rules and regulations: before moving the train, we should do a good job in locomotive inspection and oil supply; When operating, observe carefully, whistle according to regulations, pay attention, and consider the safety of life and property for yourself and traction; When getting off the bus, pay attention to the line status and observe the terrain under the bus. Before the electric locomotive leaves the warehouse, it is necessary to check whether the switch position is normal, do a good job of high and low voltage test, whether the fan is in good condition and whether the air duct connection is normal. We should not cut corners in order to save time, laying a negative factor for the safety of passengers' lives and property.

(2) Brake

Brakes are essential for both locomotives and vehicles. When locomotives and vehicles are combined into a train, their respective systems are interrelated to form a unified braking system-train braking system. Others artificially generate train deceleration force, and by controlling the magnitude of this force, the process of train deceleration can be controlled or prevented from accelerating. The supply of this force is controlled by the inflation and deflation of the brake. Through the flushing and exhaust of the brake, the state of relaxation, braking and pressure maintenance is produced, which makes the train accelerate, decelerate and idle. (3) Diesel engine

Diesel engine is the power system of diesel locomotive. There is no diesel engine, and the locomotive is just chasing scrap iron there. When I was studying diesel engine at school, it was very abstract. I practiced here for a while, and I was really surprised to see a real diesel engine in the workshop, which was quite different from what I expected. Through practice, understand and solve some basic faults of diesel engine, and be familiar with the composition of diesel engine and the functions of its components. Through the smoke emitted by the diesel engine during operation, I can judge the cause of the fault and the solution. Through the crew practice, I followed the diesel engine failures that the captain occasionally encountered and watched the captain skillfully solve the failures, which deepened my understanding of diesel engines. In addition, we also know the methods of diesel engine cylinder rejection, such as changing the combined oil, changing the broken carbon brush, changing the broken brake shoe and adjusting the gap between the brake piston and the brake shoe.

(4) Electric drive of diesel locomotive

The electric drive of diesel locomotive mainly controls large equipment through small buttons. I was deeply impressed by the locomotive's main circuit, control circuit, auxiliary circuit, excitation circuit and lighting circuit. Through years of experience, the teacher introduced us a lot of knowledge that is not available in books. It also tells the judgment method of locomotive circuit fault, the treatment method of circuit jump DZ fault and the judgment and treatment method of circuit grounding fault. In addition, we also arranged the simulation operation of locomotive electrical action test program, as well as the test program and content of running circuit under forward working condition and the test program and content of relay action in electrical box.

(1) First, their own quality has improved. Because although I only have more than three months of internship, I feel that my practical ability and communication ability are constantly improving. 2. Problems and shortcomings
